Food is great but service sucks. I ordered a pizza and wings for a small gathering Saturday night. I waited over two hours and called three times. First two times I was told it was on it way. The third time I was told it was cancelled. No apology or anything. I’ve ordered multiple times before. I don’t think I’ll ever order again.
The absolute worst pizza experience and we used to love Marcos. The pizza was delivered an hour and ten minutes past the promised time and they called to say they were out of lettuce and they were replacing the salad with wings - which we were fine with. When the pizza was finally delivered, one pie was completely burnt and crisp and the White Cheesy was unrecognizable and completely doughy. We received the salad but the lettuce was brown. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. The very 1st order from here was wrong, fast forward to today and decided to give them another shot. Missing sauces: hot honey for the hot honey pepperoni pizza and icing for the cinna squares. I call and they say they don't have any icing - someone should have told me - the excuse I got was I ordered online! And, the pizza wasn't even sliced! Two strikes and they're not getting a third opportunity! The only positive was that the delivery guy was polite. Go elsewhere and save your time and money!
The pizza tastes fresh. The cheesy bread is very good. Everything is made in the restaurant especially the dough.
Called for the fullmoon discount seeing that there is a full moon today but there fullmoon discount is the day after the full moon how douse that make any sense?
I ordered a pizza. Sausage and pepperoni. After waiting for an hour, I received the wrong pizza. I asked for the delivery fee to atleast be credited and was told that couldnt happen. I asked for the pizza remade and delivered again and the second pizza looked like i was thrown on the ground. The lady i spoke with was less than helpful and acted as though i was an inconvenience to her.
Ordered a Large Garden Pizza with some extra toppings. Didn't open it for a while due to Hurricane preparations. When I did, it only had the extra toppings, but no ingredients of the Garden pizza. I called, she did offer a store credit, but said they were too crazy with all the Hurricane orders.to reorder.hmmm
I left work and my girlfriend wanted pizza we've traveled a lot all over the country. And eat at most places. And I must say this is by far the worst pizza we've ever had. I walked in, the service was bad. One guy walked out with his hair all out I was uncomfortable about that wondering if he's the one making the pizza. They kept whispering to each other and looking at me. I drove 16 miles home. We both vomit from eating it. That was the most disgusting pizza I've ever tasted. And I couldn't finished one slice.
I used to love marcos. When their food is right, it is good. 4 out of my last 5 orders had problems. This has been within the last couple months.
One night, it was really late and not many places were open. So I ordered delivery. I am convinced that the driver just went home with my pizza. I don't know what happened but they NEVER showed up. I ordered maybe about 30 minutes until closing (this is why I am convinced they took my pizza.) By the time I realized that my pizza NEVER ARRIVED, it was too late to call the store because they were closed. And no one knew anything about it the next morning.
Two out of my last 5 orders had mushrooms, and I HATE mushrooms.
And the finale, today I ordered a phily with double steak, and it had sausage! Sausage and steak are so gross together. And of course, today I can't go back and pick up a replacement.
Who in the hell would order sausage and steak? How do you even make a mistake like that! On a phily?
Received the wrong order call back said it would take an hour for replacement although it only took 20 minutes to get the first one person on the phone was rude and shrewd would not recommend ordering from there again
I would have given this place a higher rating. Ordered from them through Doordash and the driver delivered my pizza. Garden pizza is what I ordered a medium. Doordash driver delivered my food but never knocked or rang my bell to let me know that it arrived. I go to open my door to collect my order and the darn ANIMALS had beaten me to my order SMH. I call Marcos hoping they can help me, wouldn't even listen to what happened and told me to contact Doordash. Doordash only credited me $5! No replacement pizza NOTHING! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN MOVING FORWARD! A COMPLETE WASTE!
First time in my whole life I have thrown out almost an entire pizza. We ordered the special with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. We added banana peppers. The pizza we got was covered, i mean totally covered with huge chunks of practically raw peppers and onions, the crust was so wet and soggy we had to use a fork, because there was no way to pick it up and hold it without the whole thing falling apart. And even worse was instead of banana peppers they added pineapple! We hate pineapple on pizza. To their credit, i called and they said they would refund my order (still waiting to see that credit). Not a good experience!
Ok, so I was told it would take 24 hours to get the credit. No credit as of yet. The management response below said to leave feedback at the site below in their response. When I attempt to do that I just get taken to their ordering website to sign in to my account. There is no option to leave feedback. Very frustrating.
Not only is the pizza amazing, the staff is even better I love this place - I hope the staff get recognized for always being on top of it, their friendliness and professionalism.
Sean, the manager at the store, is an amazing guy. Professional, personable and always trying to give the customers the best experience. He works very hard and I hope he is compensated well for the work he puts in. The pizzas are always fresh and taste consistently good
They forgot my salad then the guy said he would bring it back but nothing and now when I called I was on hold for 20 minutes then I called again on hold for 20 minutes. What do I do? How do I get my money back?
Pizze was ready when I arrived. Friendly customer service. Pizza was decent slices were hug which I love. 1599 for LG 2 topping with cheese bread not bad
