I’ve been here for 3years was going to find another place but saw that a new company bought the place, at first they were fixing up the place started to paint the place then stopped.
Then a pipe broke in the upstairs apartment they had to come to mine to fix it, the plumber was pleasant but tore up the bathroom and stained my toilet and bathtub and it’s clogged, it’s going on 2 months and not fixed yet, I was told that the maintenance manager has put fixing apartments on hold to renovate the open apartments.
3 years I’ve been here never late.just want it fixed and done properly.maybe I should hold my rent till it’s done

Bree and Stacy were so helpful and accommodating to ensure my partner and I could get the unit we wanted when we needed to move in. Really looking forward to seeing the great changes the new management is working on completing.

The air in the apartment has been off for almost 10 days.its like a hundred and ten degrees inside.they tell me they're waiting for a part, and they also told me that legally they Need to supply me with AC.

The ladies in the office were as accommodating as they possibly could, being the "middleman". Thank you Bree and Stacy. The apartments are Under new ownership, and hoping they can offer the kind of Apartments they advertise and show online and in their brochure; with time.

I am so thankful for all the help I received from Kristen during my application process. She was so fantastic and truly went above and beyond. She was always kind, quick, and responsive. Also, I’m thankful for Bree on working with me on my approval and being patient with my responses as I have a crazy work schedule. Fantastic team of people

I wish the old man you have closing up the pool and Laundromat would STOP closing them down way too early! The pool and Laundromat state very CLEARLY on them that they are Open 8am- 8pm! I'm tired of having to chase the Old Man down to let me finish my clothes! Tonight I caught him closing the pool down thank God because he was closing both down at 7: 20pm! This has got to stop! Also why are the Small Laundromat's in the front never open? You can never find parking either!

Apartment wasn't ready for anyone to be living in them, rude service, pictures are nothing like actually apartment. Worst experience ever.

I think this means if they're renovating that rents going to go higher and higher and higher
