Margaritaville, Orlando FL

First thing, our waiter was amazing. They were understaffed and he had at least 10 tables, a very large party, and training someone. He was friendly, recommend items and remembered everything. He definitely deserves a raise and an award. My husband and I ordered cheeseburgers and they were both great. The margaritas were excellent and the souvenir cup was fun.

No notice to customers that the kitchen is under construction and at half capacity Expect loooong waits for your meals.

I love Universal Studios. Disney and Universal, you’re going to spend some money, but worth the experience. MargaritaVille has very delicious food.

Melissa was phenomenal! She was incredibly helpful with guiding us through the apps and especially when it came to my food restrictions. So happy with our experience, but mainly because of her!

First you have to make a reservation here well in advance to even have dinner around the time of dinner.

We came to eat here because we have always had good food at Margaritaville.
We were disappointed however, as we had ordered salads but they did not come out before the rest of the meal. On top of it we had been walking all day and we're just excessively hungry.
They just didn't seem to have enough help and not the entire restaurant was seating due to covid.
I noticed a bunch of other families sitting and waiting around for food or drink refills. Tables were all spread out all over the place and didn't seem to make it easier on the waiters.

Edgar our waiter was the BEST! Drinks were excellent. Fries were good. They need fresher/better bread for their sandwiches.

This is definitely one of the better places to eat on the way to universal. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but everything is in that area. I have to say the staff there deserve so much praise. They are so kind, attentive, and efficient. The food is good too. It’s such a unique experience dining there, I definitely recommend it.
Also, make sure you make a reservation a day before coming! It can get busy and it’s better to be safe than sorry.

When we came here two days ago the food was slow but are waiter Jordan went above and beyond for us to get us whatever we wanted. We came back today to celebrate a birthday and all they could offer was a brownie which they charged for.when we went to the hard rock to celebrate a birthday two months ago they had a pin, a minion bag and a birthday card that everyone at the restraint signed and a sundae. Very disappointing.

Gaby was AMAZING! Fast fun service AND excellent live music. 10/10 best server and service! Food was excellent as well. Portion sizes were equal to the prices listed. Margaritas were nice and strong. Love this place!

I gave the restaurant a 1 because I couldn't give it a zero! Had a 1: 45 reservation for 2 people, arrived at 1: 40 didn't get seated until 2: 30. The hostess was more concerned about walking her friends to the gift shop, so they could get her employee discount! When we got seated it took 30 min for the waitress to come with glasses of water. We knew what we wanted and ordered. We ordered Nachos, that came out wrong! The party of 4 sitting behind us ordered appetizers, hamburgers and alcohol drinks. They got all of there food and drinks, before we were acknowledged being there. Yes we had the same waitress! Too many people standing around! Tables stayed dirty! I would understand if we went in during "peak" time, it was not! I am tired of hearing excuses about being shorthanded! This used to be one our favorite Margaritaville restaurants! Not anymore! They will NEVER get one dime of my money!

Nice atmosphere and good music. Stay away from Caribbean Honey wings and the mango margarita.flavors were off.way off.

Very disappointed, super slow service, 15 minutes just to get our drinks. Then when the food came the burger was under cooked, by a lot. It was supposed to be medium-well. The worst part is that the staff couldn't have cared less. AVOID THIS PLACE, DO NOT EAT HERE!

The food is horrible. You'll say "well it's a margarita place. " They literally serve microwaved food. Queso was probably from a little league concession stand. Sent back chicken. They replaced it with microwaved chicken. Staff was good, but the food is insulting. They comped over $50 in food and our bill was over $133 for 6.

Great cocktails, strong too! The bartender at the outside bar was fabulous and extremely fun to chat with. Love the vibe and location

Had an awesome dinner here tonight after hitting the parks all day. John Paul was our server and made our experience extremely memorable. Love the food and the vibes. We did a reservation and we got sat really quickly. Highly recommend!

The volcano nachos is absolutely enormous. But it's mostly chips and not a whole lot of nacho stuff.

Chicken sandwich is pretty good.

Good food and great margaritas, but what really made this a great experience was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Our server, Edgar, was absolutely the best!

Nice restaurant with live music. Waiter was very nice but super busy and hard to flag. Ordered some frozen margaritas that were delicious. Food was okay nothing spectacular.
