Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort

Easily my favorite hotel. The lobby and the restaurants are so welcoming and the food is great. Pools and bars adjacent to them are terrific. Location can't be beat!

Everyone we encountered from the valet, bellman, front desk and bar staff were so nice and welcoming. Couldn't say enough about this place. It's pricey for sure.but this would be the place to splurge and enjoy this terrific hotel.

I didn't stay here but visited quite a few nights. We went to Jimmy buffet's restaurant and it didn't disappoint. I actually lost my wallet there but was unsure where I lost it. I checked with the hotel, and they contacted security and they had my wallet. Hats off to all the staff at J. B.margaritaville.

This place is nice just a bit overpriced for what it is. We live in Miami and decided to go to the Hollywood Margaritaville. The place is clean and nice, but we had some hiccups like a kids camp that was closed the day we arrived because they could not staff it.

Drinks and food are good. Expect the day of our dinner there was a string cold wind barreling through the restaurant and the staff would not close the door because “they don’t close the door for any reason” as our waitress said. The stir fry is great. The bathroom had a half glass wall partition which in a cold room proved to be a bad design allowing cold air in while showering with hot water.

Staff was generally friendly, but generally overpriced for an one day stay. Our $485 published room rate that wound up being $600+. Total spent around $1200.

The room view was nice. But you’ll pay 5-star prices for a 3.5 star stay.

Wonderful stay. Excellent atention. Good sea view. Good services. Very good surrounding places.

Nice hotel, nice location, but huge parking fees plus resort fees that you don’t get to use. During the day we went to the beach, came back every day only to find out they close all 3 pools at sunset. What’s the point of having resort fees if you don’t get to use them? Closing all the pools at dusk is ridiculous. Not even the hot tub is available.

We just arrived, but I've been here many many times, and we are so disappointed in the food and in the aging of the property with little or no changes to furnishings, etc.showing lots of wear. But the most noticeable thing for lunch is oh my God the food is so bad, we're eating at the pool and the french fries came once and returned them because they were cold with no seasoning no salt no nothing. They were exactly the same way the second time very very poor food.

Popped in for appetizer and drinks. Weather was unseasonably cool and wet, but still was good service and food.

Did not stay here but their bathroom was clean and it was close to the Hollywood Beach theater which had live music Thursday Friday and Saturday nights at 7: 00

Me and my friend had a really great experience during our stay at this resort. Unfortunately the weather was not great so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor activities but it looks incredible. If the weather is nice, there's a ton to do. Margaritaville restaurant next door is a pretty good place to get food and drinks. The downside was our patio door was locked and after calling to the office twice who said they were sending someone who never arrived, we gave up trying. Overall it was a nice place.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Margaritaville in Hollywood, FL (January 2nd through the 8th).
We seldom write reviews but felt the need to share about our positive experience.
The front desk employees, bartenders, coffee staff, concierge, pool staff, etc were all absolutely fantastic! Great service is always appreciated but in today’s era, we don’t expect it.

The property has a great vacay all day vibe and even included a daily acoustic duo in the lobby playing all your favorite beach tunes.

The behind the scenes workers are often missed but so very much appreciated. Our room attendant on the 15th floor, Eslin was absolutely fantastic! We appreciate her so very much.
Eslin went above and beyond. We were absolutely blown away by the very nice handwritten message she wrote us. In all of our years of travel, we have never encountered such an experience. Thank you again Eslin.

Also, I would like to give a shout out to Ginger at the spa. She was pleasant and provided an excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed my service and experience.

We will absolutely visit again. GO BILLS!

My 2 kids and I had a 10 hour layover between our cruise and our flight in Fort Lauderdale, so our taxi driver recommended this resort. As soon as we entered, we were in an oasis. It smelled like the Polynesian resort in DW IYKYK. There was fruit infused water. The concierge was so friendly and helpful, stored our bags and told us how to book a resort pass for the day. We relaxed in a humongous lobby with big comfy couches. I had a delicious holiday coffee drink. We spent the entire day in the heated pool. The bartender and pool-side server went above and beyond. Our server let me use the cabanas power outlet to charge my phone, and then the bartender charged it for me when the cabana was occupied. They didn't just give you the wifi password, they spelled it while you typed it in. The kids loved the 2nd pool with the water slide. I loved walking out to the beach and dipping my toes in the ocean one last time. I like how the poolside food was served with lids over the plates, and the server kept my club sodas coming with fresh lime wedges every time. I can see how this would be an expensive place to eat if you purchase alcoholic drinks, but I can't drink. They helped me book a ride back to the airport.

I would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone with a cruise out of Port Everglades and a long layover between flight and cruise! Lots of nice ambient space to hang out in.

Amazing place with perfect beach access. Hollywood Beach offers breathtaking views but is not has busy as Ft Laud or South Beach allowing privacy with family fun! Highly recommended this hidden gem

Great hotel. Great location. Great atmosphere. Margaritaville Restaurant did not have the best service, but the food was good and staff were kind.

Great lunch. The tuna tartare was excellent.staff was very courteous and accurate. We didn’t have to wait long. We will definitely return.

We used the flow rider. Really nice activity. James was extraordinary and Bill really amazing. They were so kind and patient. We are repeat customers in part thanks to them.

At the bar, the bottomless soft drinks is a plus and the blender a great deal.
