Run away from this office. Front desk staff is the worse of it's kind! Called the other day to make an appointment, I got transferred to the medical assistant. Called again to just simply make an appointment and twiddle dee front desk girl automatically transferred my call with out saying "hello thanks for calling". Poor phone etiquette at it's best. Go figure they ASSume! Dr. Lopez has horrible bed side manners, during my appointment she called me fat. Well gee thanks lady thanks for making someone with depression feel horrible. This office is trash, I only feel bad about Ana Cabrera and the the office manager Maria- lovely ladies. God bless toni and Kristen where ever they went. Oh and don't ask twiddle dee and twiddle dumb front desk any questions they just look at you with a blank stare. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! This office lacks structure. If you want quality care and quality front desk staff go somewhere else! The doctor and this office are a JOKE! CLOWNS!

That doctor is the worst doctor I ever known. On top of that She is rude. She doesn’t care about the patients, she only cares about the money the insurances gives her.

Horrible practice! They never return phone calls they are constantly changing providers. I recently had labs done and my Thyroid levels were off, I called and of course had to leave a message because they never answer the phone and they never called back for a follow up or even refilled my prescription I had to find a new provider.

3 strikes you are out. This year on 3 different occasions I called and no one called me back. This is what an established gets? Unacceptable. I'm out.

My mother has been her patient for many years and the past year and a half since my mother’s cancer diagnosis she has little to do with her anymore after being her PCP for years, and hospice let my mother off of program so I had to go back to Lopez, I cannot get anyone to ever call back, office staff never calls back HORRIBLE…
