Dr. Pate and her staff are the very best at what they do. So professional, friendly, patient, and transparent. It’s obvious that they really care about their patients and bettering them. 1000/10 would recommend!

Dr. Pate literally saved my life. Approximately a year and a half ago,
I was experiencing pain in my left ear, but only when I would recline/read in bed. I went to dr. Pate and she examined my ears, scoped my nose and said I see nothing remarkable, your ears and nose look fine. But upon further examining my outer head & neck, she said, "you have a mass on your neck. " This was not something visible to my the laymans eye nor did it give me any discomfort whatsoever.she went on to say, "you should have a CAT scan, if you want I will schedule it.
"Fast forward: had she not seen detected the "mass", the stage 1
non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,
that I was, via a CAT scan and biopsy, diagnosed as having, left to run its course most likely would've been stage three or stage four before I would've been able to recognize something was wrong. To date I have been seemingly, successfully treated for the non-Hodgkin's, and While there's a 50-50 chance, it will come back in five years. I owe you Dr. Pate and then some, for being so diligent/observant & taking the time to look beyond my ears and nose. In this day and age You are a rare breed. As you are not the typical wham, Bam, thank you ma'am in and out the door in 15 minute type of doctor. Thank you for saving my life.

Dr. Pate is the absolute best! I have had an on-going ear issue and she has been the only one able to get it under control. She is very gentle, professional and puts you at ease. I highly recommend her without a doubt! Oh, and the office staff is very kind, friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Pate and her staff are beyond wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Her PA is so knowledgable and kind. Can’t thank them enough. There was an issue with the insurance and the office manager Mr. Dennis corrected and helped us out immediately. It appears that the culture of this office is to be nothing but kind, caring and honest. Will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an ENT.

I'm 29 years old and I saw her at the beginning of my sinus journey for constant rough sinus infections I would get. After so many of them she suggested a sinus surgical procedure to help. Without being pressured, I decided to go for it because I trusted her judgment. I'm glad I did! Once she finished the surgery there was a lot more "junk" in there that we had expected and it was definitely necessary that I got the procedure. I've been seeing her since and she now has her own practice and I love the look and environment of the new office. She is very professional and knows how to connect with her patients and show she cares. I have never had to wait an excruciating amount of time to see her or one of her medical assistants when I was in the room waiting. All good experiences.

I called they were booked but took my number incase of a cancelation. They called with a opening. When I went there it was clean with all professional people that were very friendly Don't hesitate to come here.

I had such an amazing experience today working with Dr. Katie. Her and the entire staff made me feel so welcome, she gave me instant relief for my ears and definitely some tips for the future! She is my forever GO TO from now on! Not to mention they are as much animal lovers as I am which is a super plus. I would recommend them for anybody!
