Excellent Doctor! Doctor Faresi came to my rescue as I needed immediate surgery. I am so thankful to have met him. Thank you so much for all you do Dr Faresi.

On July 18,2022 Dr Mariano Faresi operated on me of colorectal cancer. When I woke up I was in my hospital room recovering.
Dr Faresi is top of the line, a master of laparoscopy, the next 2 days he came to see me and on the third he gave the release order and I went home. As of today I feel great and ready to go back to work.
I will allways will be extremely thankful to Dr Faresi. He's the best!

I have severe Crohn's disease and needed surgery asap.and Dr. Faresi was the only doctor that would do my surgery without having a bag hanging outside my belly. This amazing human being and Doctor, saved my life, literally, if it were not for him I would not be around today. So I say God bless you Dr. Mariano Faresi, one of the best doctors in these USA. Dr. Faresi is a very kind and considerate doctor. He listens to you and helps in any way that he can. Explains your problem to you and advises ways of fixing it, both good and bad while using medical terminology and plain people speech. I would also like to compliment him on surrounding himself and his office with terrific employees. Really all round "great"

Dr Feresi is an Amazing Doctor and Surgeon with the best bedside manner I have ever experienced or probably will EVER experience! From start to finish starting with an ER visit with what was supposed to be a routine appendix removal…. - to what ended up being a ruptured and disintegrated appendix the likes of which he says he has never seen - as if a “bomb went off inside” of me. I was so blessed and truly lucky to be under his care and in his capable hands - he literally saved my life! No one could believe I even walked into the ER including him. Me and my family are forever grateful to him for how well he took care of me and how he answered all of my questions and relieved my worries. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone - he is simply THE BEST you’ll ever find. Natalie who works side by side with him in the hospital was wonderful as well - she thoroughly examined my surgical areas and listened to my breathing daily. She also listens and answers questions just like Feresi. His office staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Hopefully I will not ever need surgery again, but in the event I ever need anything - he will be my very first call %!

I cannot even express how blessed I am finding Dr. Faresi! Dr. Faresi is by far the best doctor I have found in South Florida. He is so compassionate. Dr. Faresi goes above and beyond with his patients, listening to every single word and answering every single question. Dr. Faresi definitely puts his patients first! You'll always get a phone call back from him, no matter what time or how big or small your question is. I cannot even express how amazing of a person he is! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Faresi to everyone. I only wish I could go to Dr. Faresi for any health reason. That's how amazing he is. Thank you Dr. Faresi for everything you've done for me and all your patients. Best experience! So happy I found him, he'll be my doctor until he retires. He offers alternatives to surgery that most other doctors don't. ️

HE WAS FAST AND THOROUGH. HE SURE KNOWS HIM STUFF. HE WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. I WAS AN EMERGENCY ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND THEY CALLED HIM UP AND HE WAS THERE IN AN INSTANT. I RECOMMEND THIS MAN VERY HIGHLY. GREAT HOSPITAL TOO BETHESEDA WEST. SORRY FOR ANY MISSPELLED.

Dr. Mariano was in a rush didn't take all the stitches oops he missed one no big deal ("sarcasm")! His staff wasn't on the same page as doctor not very professional.
