Consistently the best. I have been coming here for over a year and the staff and physicians are so welcoming and helpful.

TOTAL CLOWN SHOW OPERATION! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I made the big MISTAKE of calling this place to get an appointment to be seen by a Dr to get a prescription for maijuana for my back pain.

The “call center” took $79 from me over the phone for an appointment which I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM had to be on a Saturday, because of my WORK SCHEDULE.

They set me an appointment for 12: 30 on Saturday, SO i moved everything around and raced over there at the time we set on saturday.

When I get there, the “staff” is totally, completely unprofessional to a point beyond belief, and I’m told “We dont have an appointment here for you today”. ”they set your appointment for monday at 1: 15, thats what I have here. ”.

So I explain to the very rude, unprofessional person that I SPECIFICALLY made this appointment for TODAY because thats when i was AVAILABLE, and I moved EVERYTHING around to make this appointment on time.

To which I was told in a very blassy blah fashion basically “oh well, sorry to hear that. The doctor is here, but hes eating a sandwich and leaving, too bad”

This person then went back to talk to the “doctor” because I was irate at TOTALLY WASTING MY TIME. And im then told basically that no, he will not see you, oh well.

So with the UNDERSTANDING that their company completely screwed up, and totally wasted my time now, this “doctor” REFUSES to make this right, while hes sitting there in the office doing NOTHING.

And im told in a nut shell to POUND SAND.

THIS IS MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RIDICULOUS, CLOWN SHOE OPERATION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
LEARN FROM MY LESSON - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE OR THIS COMPANY. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE!

This particular Marijuana Dr.office is GREAT. The young lady that works there, her name is Luz, is very knowledgeable about ALL the ways to acquire a Marijuana card and the process one goes through in order to obtain Marijuana license and Dr.appointments. She is EXTREMELY helpful! This office is SPOTLESS for starters. The patients are in and out without dilemma! EXCEPTIONALLY WELL RUN OFFICE! BRAVO, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU LUZ!

The staff at the Lake Worth office are as fantastic as they are knowledgeable. Rest assured any and all of your questions will be answered. I highly recommend Dr. Rymer he is patient and understanding. Thank you again for helping me in my time of need.

The staff is out of this world they were extremely efficient got me in and out no time wasted! Cynthia answered all my questions without a problem and the Dr.remembered me from the last visit I felt welcomed I’ll definitely be back for my next appointment.

The employees and the doctors are very kind and pleasant to speak with and they make the process simple and painless.

Unless you want to jump through hurdles and pay almost twice what you would anywhere else I'd steer clear of here. This place is a joke.

Beware of Dr. Bates! My friend just came from here and he asked her some personal questions about trauma she had as a child and who did it. Which is highly unprofessional and it triggered her. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid him at all cost.

I just had the most disgusting and disrespectful doctor re-evaluation. The doctor pried into my ptsd asking what age I was assaulted and who did it. I can not believe they allow this type of unprofessional behavior with their practitioners. He was also wearing flip flops the place was not very clean, only positive was the receptionist was nice and heard me when I complained to her, other than that i would never step foot into their establishment if this is the standard they have

This is one of the fastest and friendliest places I have ever been to! They genuinely care about you and your time! Highly recommend!
