Marina Del Mar Resort & Marina, Key Largo FL

Great hotel in a great location. They need to step up and get a quality internet provider. I had to manually call to get internet service, which took 45 minutes, and then the service only provided 5 MPS. Unacceptable in 2023!

The hotel and the rooms are very old. We checked in but after 1 h we checked out and choose an other hotel. The bathroom was complete in plastic. The roomdoor had a wide doorgap as you can see the wide area outside the hotel.
The windows aren‘t clean. Green Spots outside the window and inside the room black spots on the window joint. This was absolutely unacceptable for us. The service agents says only this is an old hotel with old rooms. But for us it is a big difference between old and not cleaned

The service here is AMAZING. Are the rooms a bit outdated? Yea. They are very clean and everything works well. I jave 3 words: location location location! Its a beautiful property and well maintained. I will stay again!

Great location, rooms are roomy (could be a little better kept), pool is spacious with different depths so that’s awesome It needed a little more tlc but we didn’t complain at all. They have an excellent, excellent ramp in the back for boats but it’s so pricey we had to launch somewhere else. But the overall stay was good and they have excellent customer service which is always a plus.

No curtains in the rooms and the ceiling fan might fall down on you? Good location, comfy beds.

Dove with Rainbow Reef and stayed here. The location was perfect and close to everything we were doing. I will be staying here many times.

The trolley passes through the hotel so convenient to take it.
The oldest tree in the city, the old senator sits on the square.

The pool and location was nice.
The restaurant next to it is very good.
It is not a cheap hotel.
Here are a few facts.
Insects (bugs) come in through the door because the door is not tight and also light comes in at night.
Breakfast was very poor compared to others. Unless you love corn flakes.
Sanitary facilities were shoddy.
Toilet was clogged (this is a no-go).
Rooms cannot be darkened at night. It was very bright all night. One could hardly sleep.
The elevator was broken. We had to carry all the suitcases to the 4th floor without help. There are not enough parking spaces in the hotel, otherwise you have to park away from the restaurant. The whole hotel is in a bad condition. We can not recommend this hotel for the price.

Literally worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Booked a king room through a third party, show up and they can’t even find my room. Although I have an email of confirmation. They told me my king marina view room was “cancelled” and put my husband and I in double beds on our honeymoon. Staff was confused, not helpful, offered zero help with the room accommodations. I would already give zero stars if I could and I haven’t even made it to my room.

This is my place! Really good hotel and Marina for vacations, the room was perfect! Good services, break fast on time we back soon.

Room has some age issues including closet doors difficult to move. Staff responsive, tho. All staff pleasant. Free breakfast acceptable, but all prepackaged foods. Outdoor lighting really infiltrates window coverings. Still generally all around acceptable, but no kind of table for any computer work.

The worst hotel of all, the manager is rude, they charged me 6 times the money from the card, and they blocked my card, they are thieves, the manager took me out of the hotel. Don't stay here it's robbery

Key largo was lovely but sickly hot & humid Hotel was fine and clean, we have No complaints. The staff was very accommodating.

Tired room let down what is otherwise a superb location. Our room overlooked the marina waterway and lots to watch as dive boats came and went. Good breakfast onthedeck at marina and two local eateries (Skippers and Sharkeys) both served excellent food. Such a shame room wasn't as would expect for £200 pn.

Great service and great location, and we got a free room upgrade. However, the internet/wifi did not work, had constant issues. Also the toilets were outdated and did not flush properly. Also the blinds in our room didn't fully close (they are also outdated). Otherwise, great stay!

The ceiling fan needs cleaned and balanced. Obnoxiously wobbly. And they need black out curtains. Otherwise great quiet location, pool and hot tub was great. Service was great.
