Pre-screen offer was not valid. No one contacted me to give me any status. I had to call after 3 days of waiting and there was already a decision. Not sure why they don't call and follow up with loan applications. The offer was not even close to the original offer and would not help my situation. One star was given due to the lack of courtesy to follow up and let me know the loan application status. There are probably better options out there compared to this company.

What a waste of time. Can’t never get a hold of anyone there. Won’t recommend anyone to this location. It’s no way they are ever that busy not to answer a phone
