When I called to make an appointment I asked his staff on the phone two separate times if he performed hand surgery as my referral was supposed to be for a hand surgeon. I was informed by his staff over the phone that yes he is a hand surgeon so I proceeded to make the appointment.
On the day of my appointment I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed and then had to wait an hour after my appointment time to see a provider, which was not Dr. Berkowitz who I was told my appointment would be with over the phone but a mid lever provider.
I was told my the mid level provider that they don't do hand surgery at this office so they would have to refer me elsewhere.
Thankfully I was given an order for a wrist MRI, however the front desk staff gave me the information for an imaging facility that does not perform wrist MRIs.
Very disappointed with the staff at the office. They gave me inaccurate information that has now delayed my care multiple times.
Wasn't even able to interact with Dr. Berkowitz even though I scheduled an appointment with him.

Almost a 2 hour wait although I provided the insurance information and filled out all the paperwork prior to the appointment. Didn't even see a Doctor. Saw a nurse practitioner and wasn't told who was attending to me.

My daughter’s first visit was remarkable. I was pleased. She was pleased. Everyone was pleasant. Service was prompt. Very clean environment. Keep up the good work everyone.

I am first time patient and was referred by my Manager which she is very happy with service. Now after my visit, she was not exaggerating Dr and Office staff very friendly n treat you with concerns

I recently visited Dr Berkowitz for my mom. The appointment was very efficient. They took the necessary x-rays and Dr Berkowitz reviewed the diagnosis with me and my mom. We are just at the beginning of this journey and have heard good things about the doctor. Happy to continue with him as the surgeon for my mom's knees.

Dr. Mario Berkowitz is an excellent surgeon and a very nice person making the patients feel comfortable and confident. My wife knee surgery was a complete success.

I am quite disappointed with my visit. It is crazy when u go to a visit with a specialist that can't remember why u r there didnt take anytime to go over my records before coming into the room. Oh and let's not leave out that i went with my boyfriend since I can't drive.he didn't speak to me at all. Almost as if I was invisible.

3hr waiting with an apointment! Doctor beerly se es me. He was in a Rush, then I tried to change the apointment date, they did not have anything available in a month! The facture by them the facture dosen't need a folow up.
I'm giving two stars Just becouse the Day I Went staf was realy nice. But over all very bad. All ready call another doctor!

Outrageous office staff and operation of office a real wow. Dr Berkowitz was amazing. Clear, concise, smart, communicated in a way easily understood. I
