These people that work hear are nice compassionate & actually explain your situation & what you need to do to get done what you needs to get done. Professional people I always have a plesent experience when I come in. These workers have got their hands full with more people a growing community So be kind to these workers they work hard these days I thank them & appreciate their diligence & hard work

"Great people doing the best they can with dysfunctional processes. " I came here because the live camera only showed half of the chair is taken, and when I get there, apparently most of the people are standing close together by the door or outside. And on the other hand, they have a number calling system, it would be helpful if the camera be pointed at the number as well. But When I made the suggestion, the lady said, "we are nice enough just to provide a camera". Oh okay, that's a very good response, will done lady, I hope the camera serves it's purpose! I missed my number, which, okay, I admit it's my fault. But I'm a busy working mom, I had to take time off to come here, and when I see that there are 20 more numbers ahead of me, I wasn't just going to stand there and wait, I went grocery shopping. When I came back with 6 number passed, I ask if I can still get service, instead of responding "no, and take a new number", the lady ask me why are you late, where were you? While I couldn't find a response, 2 other people came and took the number before me. So I took another new number, basically used my whole afternoon doing this, and had to pay my baby sitter extra for the extra hours. The lady, with the dark hair is very nice, only the blond lady with the highlight, ruined by whole day.

These Ladies were Rock Stars! I have to say how impressed I was with them. They kept everyone separated for covid restrictions.they all worked to keep everyone moving out the door. The lady who helped me was extremely, knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough With everything we had to do. What ever they pay her it's not enough.

We have moved here from out of state. The staff is very pleasant and very helpful. They answered all of our questions. We were there for almost 2 hrs.due to the fact we were getting licenses and registrations for our vehicles. The clerk was very well informed and helpful.

The Tax Collector is also where you get your driver’s license at. (BMV). If you research online and have ALL the necessary documents the process is reasonable and quick. If you’re from OUT OF STATE, the 1st TIME YOU REGISTER YOUR CAR FOR PLATES WILL BE HIGH!

Fairly new to Florida, i have used the Summerfield office 4 or 5 times and have always been treated with the upmost respect, but it seems as though every time i am in there there is always someone upset because they don't have what they need to get the proper registration, or what ever, some people always expect for everybody to stop what they are doing and give them attention right away, and get upset to wait in line, Keep up the great work Summerfield staff you will never be able to please people like that no matter what you do.

It is worth the ride up to Bellview. Everyone at the Summerfield office hates themselves and loves to take it out on you.

Worst place ever.gave me a hard time paying renewal of registration.even though I had what they mailed out to pay it.made me go get registration out of truck. I had the paper the tax collector sent for renewal.but that was not good enough.the manager was rude too.wouldnt go back in there.question so what if I was paying online.how are they going to see current registration online.so wht do I have to have to pay on renewal with current renewal notice.freaking big brother's puppets.paying online is better than dealing with these jerks.
