Maritime Hotel Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port

Very solid hotel. You can definitely tell it’s been here for awhile but they do a pretty good job of keeping the place looking relatively newer I think. Rooms were a bit outdated and good amount of wear and tear on some of the furniture but not that big of an issue.

The lobby area is extremely clean with a nice aroma throughout. Surprisingly great food for this type of a hotel. Steve the bartender; arguably this best service and bartender I’ve had in quite some time. He takes pride in the services he provides and the beverages he makes.

Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is the best deal in the area. Only a little more expensive than the cheap places, but more classy. I stay here while in town on business at least one week per month. I've tried all the hotels in the area and I keep coming back to the Maritime.

Worst place to come for a get away if u have kids. Security at night with dreads was so rude to my family. I have never been treated this way. It was 10pm he asked us to leave the pool that's fine. But wait there weren't any towels for us. So we had to wait for someone to bring them, before any one can bring them he came by the pool again threatening to call police. He also mentioned some racist comments saying that he never has issues with white people. Today a check out my kids was by the pool.they asked them to leave. I dont know why. I spoke to the manager she replied there was a mess in the room. Umm isn't that why u have house keepers? My kids can't be the pool because there's a mess? Whole staff is unprofessional. I never stay at this hotel again. Never had such a horrible time like this at a Marriott. You guys need training!

Maredith at the front desk made sure I had an exceptional stay. Highly recommend this hotel and there current staff. If you’re looking for a good place to stay for reasonable rates you found it.

At 5 minutes from the airport, it was a good experience, there's free parking, the people at the front desk were very nice and professional except for the manager, he didn't even try to help if people are in need.

The staff was amazing! Ashley at the breakfast bar was so friendly. All the front desk person were such a pleasure! I hope to be back soon. The facilities are clean and the marine life tanks are a fine touch Thank you all for such a wonderful stay!

I was staying for 4 nights for a business trip, I requested a higher floor when I book like 2 months ago, and when I check in in the afternoon, they told me no higher floor available, the one she gave me is the best they have, 1st When I plug the hairdryer it’s not working, I have to try different angles to make it work. 2nd the wall on the coffee machine side is very dirty, it looks like they didn’t clean it after the last visitor left, 3rd I notice there have some bugs in the bathroom ceiling flying around, the point is I didn’t bring any food or drink, I’m not sure if I want to stay next time.

I stayed for two days in this hotel with my wife, and I enjoyed them, the attention and services were excellent, the hotel is in excellent condition, these two days we went to the buffet for breakfast, and we loved it, everything was delicious, apart from there was a lot variety definitely recommend this place

I'm a local, so I go here for the Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights when I can, got tell you, So far; this is my new favorite place to hang out on my weekends! Rose on Friday nights and David on Saturday nights! Always have a Great time singing here and the people and the staff are very courteous and friendly and tried a burger and it was Amazing! Compliments to the chef on that one! Plus it's only a mile from my house!

It is a good hotel, spacious and with a modern look. The parking is paid (should be free in this location) and the restaurant is only open in the late afternoon and evening. Room that I got was nice but the shower with a view and open toilet my not please everyone. My room at the 7th floor had an amazing view of the sunset. Location is 20minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and the same from the Harbour where the big cruisers are located

Can't sleep all night from the motorcycles revving up and down the adjacent streets. There's a motorcycle club in the area.

This is a good hotel. Small property with tough parking. The area can be challenging to get to. Listen to your GPS.:)

The rooftop is a great place to get some work done in peace. I would stay here again.

I think this change to Marriott. I love Marriott but this hotel specifically I had a bad experience.

The worst customer service. Not enough parking. The person at the front desk is rude, she did not know how to be courteous and fast check in; the rooms are not horrible but they need maintenance.

Parking 15 dollars for each night and there is nowhere to park.
