I highly recommend Dr. Mark Herman, DC. I had been to 3 other chiros in the past for neck pain and lower back pain; they were good, but results were slow. Three years later, I had pain in both feet, and my neck and back pain came back. An Orthopedic doctor took X-Rays and an MRI of my left foot which revealed chronic degeneration of the Achilles tendon insertion, peroneal tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis in both feet. An MRI my lower spine revealed that there is lumbar disc degeneration, and arthritic spurs in multiple levels of L4, L5 and S1. The doctor recommended an epidural, but I didn’t feel that that was the answer.

I researched many chiropractors, read their mission statements, researched their credentials and experience, and decided on Dr. Herman. After just 6 appointments, I am experiencing relief in my neck, lower back, and feet.

He began laser therapy (LLLT) on my feet which helped tremendously. He has been gentle handling my neck and back, and I have significant relief in both areas. His office is equipped with the latest technologies. He is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to his patients. His experience and expertise have provided relief without surgery or epidurals. As an older patient, I am glad that he is helping me regain my health in a natural way.
