Made an appointment and gave them my insurance info. Arrived and was told that they didn’t accept my insurance. This was not a good experience.

It took me 40 minutes there and back that I had to take of of work and not get paid when all they had to do was check my insurance beforehand and tell me they didn’t accept it and I never would have wasted my time.

I made an appointment with Eye Sight Centre due to convenience of location and my Insurance is not top of the line. As a New Patient and I was totally impressed on the short wait time. I asked to be moved up if there was any cancellations and I was called as soon as they found a place for me. The staff is amazing, caring and listen to you. They took care of me, I am pleased and I recommend them 100%.

Dr Mark Luedke has been our doctor for many years. He has unique insight into the thorough eye exams that he completes. He was able to tell that I had an underlying processing issue that was not technically a vision problem. He found an abnormality in my eyes that others had missed. He was great with children on the Autism Spectrum and has provided all of our vision needs for their entire upbringing. A loved one has Binocular vision and he worked with us to help. He just runs a great place and we were blessed to find his office. This office upgraded to a new location and then flooding hurt their new building. Through all of it they have remained a strong local business to families in the area.

Great staff and wonderful service. Explained every step along the way and made sure all my questions were answered.

Kid friendly and always puts them at ease.
