I’m being visiting this place for 2 years now and always they have. A great and fast service, the place offer very nice prices and both owners are cordial, delivering a great customer service! Highly recommended

Down from NY my AC line was no good and they diagnosed leak, repaired in a day and it works great!

Very hostile and racist environment. I got a flat tire on my way to work and stopped by to get a new tire. I was greeted by which appears to be the owner and he was mean and rude for no apparent reason. You could tell he didn’t want to service my car. He was very friendly to the Caucasian customers that came in but as soon as another ethnic group walked in he would have an attitude. While waiting on my car I kindly asked if he had toilet paper for his restroom and he rudely said “no we do not have toilet paper here”.

I highly suggest do not render services from this establishment as they do not deserve your hard working money.

One of the quickest oil changes I've ever got! It was for a very good price, everyone was so polite, and they noticed I was lower on windshield washer fluid and they were kind enough to fill it for me. 10/10 recommended

I come here for my oil changes and repairs. They are always fair on the price and honest. I would recommend them anytime

I went in to get a plug for my tire. The gentleman in the office was courteous and personable. The gentleman that work on my car was very nice also

Good customer service and fair prices. The owner makes you feel like you are a long time friend. I chanced upon this place through Groupon, and now I keep coming back because, even without the Groupon, they offer me the best prices.

Do not get anything done at this place, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, these people overcharged me to fix my head gaskets and they never even touched them! Went back to get them fixed multiple times and Luis lied saying it was the oil coolant, they “replaced the oil coolant and the problem was not fixed! They never flushed the engine oil as they were supposed to! They are dishonest to say the least! I called Luis you try to resolve this matter in good faith and he started cursing at me over the phone, how professional is that? I will now make sure no one goes through what I went through, I will make sure people know about this, I will try my best to make this public! News, help me Howard and everywhere I can! I will tell everyone how horrible this place is and how dishonest they are! Go somewhere else! Don’t get ripped off like I did! They are thieves! Liars! And not thrust worthy!

Ripped off! Over charged my for a bald used tire that leaked. And had such had wear pattern that car pulled to the left badly

Amazing customer service! I came to fix the A/C in my Honda Element and saved $500, thank you so much! The first mechanic I went to around town misdiagnosed the issue and Marka Auto Repairs managed to save me $500 on repairs when it was simply an electrical problem.

They are VERY DISHONEST.charged for changing my battery and correcting a problem with my car. When I went to collect my car I checked under the hood it was the same old battery. They told me they forgot to change it. I had to wait 15 minutes, for them to go to Walmart and buy a new battery, which I could have done myself. Two days later the other problem that they claimed they had corrected came back. I took my car back for them fix they kept it for ten days then said they don't see anything wrong with it. I gave it to another shop, turns out the sensor was damaged.

Terrible service. I felt so violated there. I just went to get my breaks done and not only did they try and charge me 300$ but the workers were looking at me so preverted, especially Luis. Disgusting. One worker even teied to touch me. It was disgusting. I told them off and they got so mad that they changed the price from 300$ To 500$. This place is ridiculous. 0 STARS.

Have two vehicles, blessed, took them consecutively for Groupon oil change deal. They provided free diagnosis of vehicles, topped off all fluids, rotated tires and fixed a couple minor items at no charge. This showed me I could trust them so I let them repair leaking power steering and repair A/C system to brand new perfection. Great customer service, location, awesome reliability and prices. I love you Luis but I do hope to only see you every 3,000 miles.

Excelent service, great prices and top notch technicians. This is the only shop I would bring my babies to.

Luis even gave me a free tire rotation a $10 off a 4 wheel balance for being a regular customer.

I am thankful there is finally an honest company in the auto repair industry. I bring my mom, sister and wifes cars to get serviced here. Thank you guys i cant say enough good things about you.

Service with fraud and disgusting insulting attitude.  We decided to find service for change oil and tire rotation. We bought a voucher for “Marka Tires and Auto Repair”. I did not make an appointment, so they were busy that day and I was told that there is a choice for me to either come other day by appointment or wait about an hour. I decided to wait. They really began to work with my car in an hour. I asked them to re-learn TPMS after the tier rotation. (In all other places, we have been before, it was done on regular basis without any additional price and it usually takes 5-7 min.) Here I was told that it is not included in voucher and it will take about an hour and will cost me $95. I called to my husband and we decided that $95 it is too much for the work that usually is complementary and takes 5-7 minutes (even we do it ourselves without special equipment). I asked Marko specifically that according to the voucher it will be synthetic oil and manager Marco told me that it is correct.  During the service I took a look on my car and realized that the oil they were going to put in my car is not synthetic!  The manager Marco (or maybe he is the owner of the place) noticed that I am looking and immediately stood between me and the car and shielded the view.  When Marco moved away I saw that the mechanic removed the box with oil, which he wanted to put in my car, and brought another oil in a completely different package. After some time, manager Marco called me to the repair area and showed that they were pouring synthetic oil. I said that I saw that they wanted to pour not synthetic oil, to which Marco replied that he had stopped the mechanic.  So, guys if you ever decided to change oil in this place:  watch by yourself with your own eyes what kind of oil they are going to put in your car!
After the service is done, I got into the car and saw that some yellow dashboard icon had started to burn. I phoned my husband and he told me that this is a motor icon. I showed this dashboard icon to the manager Marco, Marco told me “that this is motor”, I answered “yes, this is motor, but this icon did not glow when I arrived”. He told me that he did not believe me but decided to check what it was. It turned out to be an error of the O2-heater controller. I was told that it has no connection with the oil change. I talked to my husband again by phone and my husband told me to ask the mechanic to reset this error so we could monitor if the icon light up again. When I approached the manager in response to my request, he began to point his finger at me and sad that I am lying, and I am a liar! It was insult! I told him that it is abuse. He told me that it is not. I told him that it was him who was caught with the incorrect oil. He just waved to me and left.

I came here and got disrespected by one of the employees. I wasn’t going to leave a horrible response but then they ended up stalking my profile and called other people to find me.

Luis the manager is very honest. I came in to do my brakes because everywhere that I would go to they were giving me a very high estimate. When I went to Marka Luis really helped me out with everything that I needed and no hassle. He was able to achieve the job quick without any problems. I highly recommend this shop and make sure to speak with Luis for anything you may need. Thank you!

Hello. I attempted to use my groupon for an oil change. This is my second time at this location to use a groupon. I went to the location a week ago and they were too busy. They never attempted to schedule an appointment. They said come back later. I came in today at 12: 30 and asked if I could cash in my groupon for an oil change. The person at the front desk was immediately very rude and asked oh where’s your appointment? I can’t take you. Never did he say can I schedule you for another time. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not wish to spend a dime in this establishment. Don’t waste your time!

Excellent job except that they need to improve the phone communications but the overall service was excellent changing CVS axles and other parts and the price was very fair
