This doctor was unprofessional and didn't bother to look at my history with my Interstitial Cystitis. I was asked if I had an injection and he laughed at me when I told him that I had one before. He then said he would give me medication after my surgery & didn't bother to understand my pain. He just made assumptions. I can't exercise due to it causing pain to my bladder & I was told my Urologist not to exercise. Also I was laughed at when I didn't understand all that he said. DO. NOT GO to this doctor if you want to be treated poorly.

First meeting with Dr. Patel was excellent. He took plenty of time after he examined me and we had talked about my condition. As someone who has spent a lifetime around the medical industry and staffs, Dr. Patel was first class. He exceeded my expectations.
August 1st was my 3rd procedure with Dr. Patel. Again, he exceeded my expectations and am so glad I chose him for my neck nerves issues. He takes his time, and as I requested, he explains exactly what he will be doing and what results we should expect. Absolutely, would recommend Dr Patel.

I was little worried after reading reviews. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. He spent a good 30 or more mins explaining and asking me questions. I cannot wait for my procedure. Highly recommend.

Dr Patel is the best at pain management. He treats the whole patient. First Class Doctor and organization. Best I have seen!

DEMAND another doctor! I was referred to Dr Patel due to severe cervical muscle pain/spasms following a neck surgery. In my medical records, he repeatedly referenced 'jaw' pain rather than neck and stated, "She may benefit from a psychological evaluation. " Actually, Dr. Patel may benefit from more medical training. My neurologist diagnosed me with cervical dystonia.

Since I can't score negative stars I gave him the 1.
His Ablations are given with NO anesthesia - unlike the Crane Creek Back Center that gives a "twilight sedation" which I found out after having 4 procedures - his "sedation" is: "you can put up with anything for 15 seconds". Count to 15 slowly and imagine a hot rod being inserted in your back - yes you CAN endure it - but should you have to just to save the cost to the Doctor?
My final issue was when he wheeled himself across the room grabbed my leg and forcefully TRIED to cross it after arguing with me that I COULD cross my legs - when my legs wouldn't cross I was so stunned I let him finish his opinionated tirade - went to the front desk and canceled all future appointments and left - got in the car and burst into tears at the trauma of the assault! And there is none at their office to complain to except the Office Manager - it's just he and another Doctor in partnership.
Run - don't walk AWAY!

The worst dr I have been to he did not ask me any questions would not listen to me talk over me.did not look at x-rays I brought would not look at mri cd I brought. I was told to come back in two weeks with new x-rays. He is a joke.
