Market Place, Key West FL

My daughter was looking for a dressy beach outfit. She tried on a couple of short dresses that made her look like a beach ball! The friendly store girl helped her try a few more and then found her a wonderful wrap around outfit that was actually cheaper than anything that she had looked at but really looked good. "Showed everything but just enough" she cheered. So I give two thumbs up for the customer service.

I hate a late need for a new shirt (probably not unheard of in Key West) and this shop was open. They had a good selection of beach / resort wear and I was able to find something I liked. Though the experience was made great by Rushane, who was friendly, helpful, and funny.

Love this shop. I always check it out when I’m visiting Key West. They have the cutest things and I always find something every time I visit.

Went to buy over 200 dollars worth of stuff at this location, my card ran through on my end (a capital one venture card I get instant notifications). The girl running the front desk who was on her cell phone the entire time via blue tooth so I never knew who she was talking too told me it didn’t go through when I could see and showed her that it did, they wanted to me to rerun it, skeptical I did, but then she said her internet was down and she called her manager. While she did that I decided to pull up these reviews and saw the one where they made him run his card 3 times and it wouldn’t reverse, so now I am panicked and no matter what I’m not running my card again. The manager gets on speaker and says “they are ethical and wouldn’t charge me twice” but they would… because one already went through, but because she claims she couldn’t see it on their end I would have to re run it. At this point I’m done, my family and I walk out of the store without or belongings as she hollers on speaker phone “ma’am! Ma’am! ” Be weary of this store, very sketchy business practice to say the card didn’t go through when you can see it did. If you buy anything here use cash.

It was after 10: 30 PM when I called to say I would be coming in to shop, as my luggage was still “missing” after 2days (boo United!). The young gal was very helpful and kind, reminding me that I needed something to sleep in, and a swimsuit cover up, etc! I was SO thankful they were open. I did not want to wear the same clothes 3 days in a row on my vacation!

This store has absolutely every souvenir you could want! From personalized jewelry and stickers to shot glasses and magnets to a wide array of attire you will find something special for that someone special. This store is much larger inside than it looks! I found the employee that was working to be incredibly nice and will probably be back before end of vacation to make another purchase from Market Place.

6-star customer service- my wife and I had left a crew neck that we had bought here in the keys, and they were kind enough to ship one to us (we covered cost of crewneck and shipping) without batting an eye! Thanks so much for helping us keep our Key West memories!

If you’re looking for amazing quality, reasonable prices and great customer service, definitely stop by this store to at least come in and check it out. Hope to come back some day!

Charged me 3 times for one purchase because the credit card machine had an error, and they will not void the other 2 transactions. Not answering my calls and have been no help on the phone.
