Nastiest place I’ve ever been sat down on the bench and had a roach crawl on my leg roaches literally everywhere In the building and outside! Shady people in and out of there drugs was left inside a washer and dryer gross so not recommend at all not safe one bit

Shady business deals go on with the night time crew and their clients. In a seedy area. Nor safe and German roaches wverywhere. Groaty!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. GO TO WASH DEPOT. Worst laundromat in bay county. The place is filthy. The machines are constantly broken, leaking, and taking money. There is no one to assist you when it happens. Just a bunch of homeless drug addicts. Terrible business. Owner should be embarrassed to have his picture hanging in that disgusting building.

Quick to reply if any problems occur, and new tech, where he can literally fix it on demand without even being there at times or if away for a minute. Well done. I have 59 units in my business and if in a time crunch I recommend this place.

All the washers and dryers I’ve used have worked wonderfully. The homeless don’t bother me. Just tell them to go on. At least they’re out of the weather. I don’t understand the open concept of the laundry mat though. It’s freezing in there or too hot at times.
I thought I’d do an update about this place. I don’t see homeless people hanging around anymore. Most of the washers and dryers work. I still enjoy going there the people are nice

Always open, they did maintenance on all the washers and dryers, to wash and dry very well

Toilet was disgusting I wouldn't recommend letting your children come to this laundromat with you because of what they might find or catch

This place is so run down. More then half the dryers don't work. People literally were waiting in line for over an hour to wash there laundry. And half the washers don't work either. Not to mention the cops had to sweep through the laundry mat looking for someone all while a what I assume homeless man was sleeping in the laundry mat and he urinated himself and then kept walking back and forth from side to side. It was a disgusting atmosphere 10out10 would not recommend.

Been going there for years. Last few timesi went half of the dryers were working, 3 big washing machines were broke down and the whole time I was there the attendant lady was in her car smoking or outside smoking

Overpriced and the dryers kinda suck, thereo also junkies that come in at night. The bathrooms are broken as well

This location was very convenient to me as I was on a two month vacation in Panama City but almost all of the machines were out of use which kinda sucks. Maintenance of the building inside could be a lot better as it seems as as lots of customer used this place. The waiting in line for so long made no sense.

Only 2 out of all the dryers worked. I mean zero heat to it. I know that sometimes things happen from time to time. I do like the price on the washers. It being a open concept and 24 his is amazing. Just check on them dryers for us. Thank you guys

No laundry detergent or fabric softener for sale, Building not in the best shape, floors dirty, doors off the dryers, windows and doors are all open, no bathroom after hours and signs up saying people have been stealing clothes. I did however get what I needed done. Just not really a place I would recommend unless it's your only option

I would give it 5 stars if they had a front door! I will say the Place is clean and most of the machines work.

Thank goodness for FRESH SCENT! I had stopped at 3 other laundromat before finding this wonderful place- the others were abysmally scary

OMG.this place has a range of characters from sun up til sun down.i gave 5 stars because you'll never be bored & it stays active with the craziest situations ive ever seen!

Went at 4: 30pm on a Thursday. No ruckus, place is an absolute mess. Bathroom looks like something out of a Saw movie, no light switch, light constantly flickering. One dryer was missing the door glass. I give it two stars because as a man in his 20s, i did not feel uncomfortable, and the machines worked just fine. If I could sum it all up, I wouldn’t tell my mother to wash her laundry here.
