3 Asked for a 10 yard dumpster and received a 15 yard. Sounds good until it’s too long for the space allowed. Asked for the dumpster to be placed under the basketball pole, they placed it in front of it, cutting off the driveway to safely move the cars in and out of the driveway, and not enough turning room to enter the garage. Showed them pictures and everything, they didn’t care. The felt they left me ample room to get my trucks out of the garage and drive way. When actually, I had to drive in my grass and on my sidewalk.
They did offer a solution, pay an extra $80 and they would move the dumpster. Even better, I was told next time, place cones where I want the dumpster placed (not a bad idea! I wish I had thought to do that!) Basically, I was told my directions weren’t good enough for the driver, and to use cones or chairs to mark the area off for the driver next time.
If they would have put the size dumpster I ordered, we wouldn't have had a problem.
There are other companies for your dumpster services, I would suggest looking into those companies.
I left a message earlier and reported a problem of the trash collector not putting the dumpster back on it's concrete slab with it partly in the driveway causing a potential accident and Mike called me back in 5 minutes and had them come fix the hazard within the hour.whoever Mike is shout out and thanks!
My client, owner of a local retail center, owns a compactor and even though there isn't a Marpan maintenance contract in place, Tony, the tech, never failed to visit the site when called, made every effort to keep the compactor functioning. He kept me informed of all actions and issues. Each time the compactor was down, Scott, with little notice (even on the weekends) had a roll-off delivered quickly. One of the tenants is a seafood retailer and produces large volumes of smelly garbage. Without Marpan's over-the-top customer service, the situation could have been horrible. I appreciate their attitude and quick response to me, my client and tenants.
