Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside

Used just the parking lot for the airport. Fast and easy transportation to and from the hotel and airport. Been using it for years.

Beautiful, clean and modern hotel! Pool area is killer and the restaurant makes awesome food and drinks!

Cleaning staff left trash in the elevator waiting are all day. I told the front desk 3 times about the mess and it still took until the morning of the following g day to get cleaned. The room I was in was nice but small.

The rooms are super old and the pictures are inaccurate. The building is incredibly dated and they slapped new paint and a new bed in a deteriorating guest room. The bathroom was super old and the toilet and shower were so close together that you could barely open the door. This was a 2 star hotel from the rooms, to the lobby. The bed was comfortable but that was it.

Enjoyed my stay, pool bar was inexplicably closed, minor let down. Definitely enjoyed my time

Wonderful hotel. The staff is exceptional. We went on an msc cruise and stayed here before and after our cruise. The shuttle to and from the airport made the trip super smooth. The staff went above and beyond. The pool is really big and nice. The restaurant in the hotel lobby was really good as well. There are restaurants walking distance as well and plenty of marts. Next time I plan a vacation to Orlando I am definitely staying here without a doubt.

As a titanium elite member, I stay in a lot of Marriotts around the country. While the location of this one is great, the hotel continues in steep decline. When I checked in to my room, I noticed that the AC was set to 60 but the room was in the high 70s. They moved me to another room. This one was warm too. I set the AC to 60 but it never cooled down. Engineering came to the room three times to try and fix it but never was able to fix it. It seems that the AC in the rooms just don’t cool. A serious renovation is needed.

The club lounge is probably the worst one I have ever seen. Selections for breakfast and on the evening are very limited. The only snacks are old pieces of fruit. There are no sodas available just bottles of water. Management and owners of the this property clearly do not value elite members.

Called and spoke with agent Mariano who filed report and submitted information. I should expect to hear from someone within the next few weeks. I complaint was regarding the racist negative music that was being played by the poolside. When I spoke with the agent at the front desk they explained that the music is not controlled by the facility but by Marriott corporate and that they would send an email but that I would need to take up my concerns with them. The song in particular was an Ice Cube selection with the word n***** rampantly included. At the pool side there was a mixed crowd of Whites, foreigners, and African Americans including small children. I found it disrespectful and embarrassing the Marriott would choose to have songs with that type of negative connotation on their playlist.

Always a great place! Service, location, views, everything! On-site Hertz, great pool, concierge lounge is the best! Pre pandemic they had the ONLY coffee bean and tea leaf the best (from the west!) Now Roaster Grounds is pretty cool. Have had multiple stays here and always great!

Had a pleasant overnight stay while changing my flight to the next day. I'm so relieved they had availability. The rooms are spacious, the bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay another day! Service was very good and the location was literally 5 minutes from the airport. I could not ask for a better experience!

This hotel is one of your better options when staying close to MCO. They xharge for parking and personally I hate that. Otherwise they have a solid gym and rooms are good.

Clean and modern rooms with all the required amenities. Very convenient access to the airport as well as Downtown Orlando!

Location is perfect for quick access to the airport and the interstate interchange. Staff are friendly and attentive. James (check in), Shawn and Kyle (valet), helped create a stress free check-in and timely departure. Views of the lake and fountain are a nice addition in the evening. Multiple restaurants and amenities on-site are convenient for personal and business travel. Most importantly, the bed and pillows are divine and rain shower shower head is a huge bonus.

Very nice hotel. Especially for an airport hotel. Will consider staying here again when in Orlando. Easy to get to other areas in Orlando. Very convenient.

Very nice place to stay for vacation, close to almost every where you want to go. Food and bar was outstanding

Rooms were not as clean as they should be. I believe they are lacking a final inspection from a housekeeping manager. Location is great and personnel are very friendly and helpful.
