Amazing property with fantastic staff that ensure your loving every minute. So much to do with pools, beach, ocean, games, and an island to explore. Shells everywhere with so much beach to walk/run. Definitely something for everyone and so many activities offered during your stay.

Lovely, conveniently located, spacious time share resort, beach front on the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunsets. Complimentary underground parking garage on two levels. Friendly, courteous, professional personnel. Large, spacious comfortably furnished suites, fully equipped kitchens, balconies, elevators. 3 pools. Daily activities.

My family and I loved this place and would recommend it to anyone traveling with kids. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because of the Concierge. I reached out to the hotel 2 weeks prior to my visit in order to book boat tours, pool cabanas, etc. They told me not to worry about it and just book when I arrive. When I arrived, I was told all cabanas and boat tours were filled up. We were all very disappointed. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great views, shells are amazing, warm water! Storms can come up quickly. There’s a lightning bell that can scare the heck out of you if you don’t know what it is at first so beware. Three pools for those who prefer. Patios in villas are very nice and roomy.

No late check out, mandatory check out time is 10 am, which is way too early for vacation.

Nice resort and rooms. Power washing can be relentless. 5 hours one day of listening to the motor on the power washer. Not very relaxing.

Fresh clean smell in the lobby was very welcoming. Bell captain was very pleasant and had our luggage in the room before we got to the room. All staff was pleasant, social and eager to help. Quality amenities were all around the three pools and at the beach. And what nice beach, great location.

It’s like home away from home for us. Clean and very family friendly. Beaches are excellent. Updating the rooms all over the property.

Forget how boring this place is, the service is awful, the food is awful, the doors don't lock so have fun getting robbed, and the staff won't help because they either don't speak English or pretend to not. LOCK YOUR DOORS AT NIGHT. OH WAIT YOU CANT

This place is magical.

A resort with breakfast in your room. The best kitchen possible.

Best to stay at least one week.

The beach is one of the best spots in Florida.

The pool is very nice. Long and really big.

Has jacuzzi’s, a spa, a slide, a gym totally refurbished.

A new tower full of rooms for the hotel.

Cannot miss it if you go to marco island.

Wow. Love this resort. Second time here. First was a pool side high floor room which was great. Had a view of the pool and the gulf! Decided to spend a little more this time and get a gulf front villa. Which was amazing too! Sunsets were gorgeous. Already booked for next year.
Can't wait!

Beautiful resort and location. Some annoying maintenance and upkeep issues though. AC in the rooms was a little inconsistent and an elevator was out of service in our building the whole week

Been to many marriotts around the world and this one has the best activity department by far, really fun things for kids and adults every single day. Different type of music at night (Latin, Jazz, dj), arts and crafts, ice cream, cookies. Also staff is very nice. Cleanliness also get a 10/10

I had not been on a trip in a very long time. The room was great, location on the beach, grills and things in walking distance to do if you do not have a car.

Very nice hotel, customer service is outstanding, good food (very tasty pizza), activities every day for kids and adults. Swimming pools onsite and the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel.

Best place ever! The staff goes above and beyond. Very friendly. Very clean. One of the best hotels. The beach and the pools are amazing too. Excellent experience!

Only went for the restaurant didn't stay but man are they over priced for basic food and didn't even have alot of seating, the only plus was we had a friendly waitress.
