Marriott's Royal Palms, Orlando FL

The facility itself could have been five stars had it not been built next to SR 535. Building 44 was noisy.

Huge villa. Location is perfect for being not on main row, but close enough to parks. My room had a jacuzzi tub, two bedrooms, full kitchen and patio for just 200 a night! Will be going again. Very clean. TVs can connect to most apps.

Got a great 2 Room Villa for a great price! Very spacious and modern/artistic layout. William, at the front desk, was very helpful.

Hate to post this as it is my secret place. Marriott's Royal Palms is the nicest/most peaceful vacation timeshare we have stayed in. Our 2nd visit. Might not be exciting enough for children, but if it's too late in season to book a beach timeshare or if your headed to Orlando you'll be happy you stayed.

This place is really great! It's a fully equipped house, with free, close by parking. Everything including check in went perfect. The staff was really friendly, the hotel was very clean, the amenities were great. The fully furnished kitchen (including salt and pepper) was really useful! I am sure I'll stay here again.

Great rooms but they don't really plan on you using the couch bed. Had to call 3 times to get an actual blanket. I did love that the patio was screened in.

I absolutely loved the Marriott Royal Palms the place was beautiful the food was amazing and the pool was so much fun. Will definitely be back!

Love our Villa it was perfect, it was top class and very up to date and the location great! The staff was very helpful, I will certainly go back.

Very quiet pleasant place to spend 7 days.food and entertainment of all kinds close by. I will be back if it's the Lord's will.

The room was beautiful and only 10 minutes from Disney. The ammenities were quite nice as well. Unit came with a full kitchen and plenty of utincils to prepare meals. Would have liked more towels or more laundry detergent so we could more easily wash and reuse the few towels we had.

Great hotel. Next to everything you need. Beautiful location and golf course. Lots of activities for families. I will stay here again next time i am i Orlando.

Excellent & very professional staff! Our 2 bedroom villa was very clean and the view off our balcony was beautiful. The whirlpool works wonders when you’d had a long day touring around Orlando. Location is perfect and only a couple miles from the parks. Everyone on staff is always so welcoming and polite! Every time you pass a staff member they’re always greeting you with a big smile and asking if they could assist you in any way. Would definitely recommend!

Nice resort rooms, view of the beautiful golf course. Shuttle available to Central Marriott facilities.

Nice condos 2 bedroom. Pool 2 whirlpools b basketball tennis. 4 gas grilles. No bar no food served no pool service. Has to be a sub contract with marriott. Not the same. Mainly Disney or golf.

Always clean. No issues at the palms. Always feel at home. Beautiful pool. Great place to relax!

Master bed was hard as a rock, housekeeping came while we were out aand replaced with a wonderfully comfortable pillow top mattress. Great customer service, very impressive!

Stay was great. Got a night free after I heard their vacation property sales pitch. Accommodation s were really nice and up to my standards.

Huge rooms, clean, parking upfront. No good food options in the hotel, need to drive for about 10 min. My room was really a two bedroom apartment, with a kitchen, balcony and a huge jacuzzi. Great for families or parties! It is also 7 min walk from Marriott convention center, alternatively you can take a free shuttle.

My mom loved sitting by the lake overlooking the golf course and we were thrilled when a real alligator came out on the grass to Sun itself. We saw a blue heron as well as carp and I believe snapping turtles quite large turtles in the same Waterway way

Amazing hotel!
Loved the room I stayed in (2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen, and a very nice and spacious balcony).
Perfectly located as well, with super ez access to mayor highways; also has a Publix very close by if you feel like shopping for essentials.
Can't say about the hotel pool areas and what not since it rained the entire time I was there, unfortunately.
