Marshalls, Orlando FL

This is a middle of the road, middle range priced store which like other stores during the COVID19 situation is poorly staffed and it's very difficult to get any help if you need it. A common problem now.

The store is clean and well-designed. It was easy to shop because clothes were actually in their right places - S with small, M with medium, etc.and things were tidy (not clothes lying everywhere). An employee who was tidying up my area says that they constantly go through the store putting things back in order. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience (unlike Kohl's and Old Navy where things are all over and not in the right size grouping). Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very efficient and pleasant. I'll be going back.

First time I go to Marshall and it was because my grandson gave me a gift card for my birthday in December I used it today and I really like it.i we'll go again reasonable prices.

I love this store. I can find anything I want here for very solid prices and sometimes you can find a really good deal on beautiful stuff.

Always a good bargain although not much selection. Old collection, staff very friendly and helpful.

I can say the store was well stocked, But it was annoying hearing the staff on the floor taking advantage and complaining from others coworkers with their supervisor in spanish. It was too loud and unprofessional. Every where I moved from the store I could hear them!

It's a department store that you can find good quality products for a low price. It's slightly better than Ross in my opinion. Sometimes you have to be patient and search a lot to find best value item to buy.

I rarely leave the store empty handed. Great clearance selections. Always have front end new arrivals. Really great staff at the dressing room, so friendly.

I give the store two stars. It's a good store but womens restroom smells like straight pee. Makes it very unpleasant to shop. So, maybe don't use the restroom while shopping?

Store is clean and quiet, lots of options, the staff is polite and make eye contact with you but they could be friendlier.

Store is clean, neat, and organized. Staff very helpful as i listened to other patrons asking questions. Dressing rooms kept neat and no extra items are randomly around. Overall great teip and always good prices.

Good location but always a long line for check out when i have been there.i willl say that unlike Walmart the longer the line the more cashiers they open.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how organized the store was on this visit. They have done a nice job and I hope they can keep it up.

The last time the carrier argued with me, basically called me a liar because she thought that I had skipped a white person on the line. The manager stuff there listening and did not correct her. I had to ask the other cashier to tell her that I was already there and she still made negative comments. This cashier was much better.

One of the best around.ton of great deals, huge assortment of different items. U can find anything here. It's very clean but it can get super busy

It's mainly a clothing store that also sells a limited amount of household stuff and knick-knacks. I don't shop here, I just stopped in to kill some time before the concert started at the Plaza Live theater nextdoor. However, my wife did end up buying something for the house - so I guess it was worth stopping in.

I like Marshall's! Althought I don't go there for the clothes I go there for the gourmet food section. You can always find something new to try.

Great prices and good quality items with eBay prices. Cashier was helpful with checking my item for discount because someone snagged a top upon my request.

No changing stations in the restroom? Really! Never going in there again! Had to change my daughter in the trunk.

Never as organized as I want it to be, and stock rotates, so you may not find what you're looking for.
