Department Store Marshalls reviews
20Just left and the manager there was such positive energy and so kind. What a great addition to the start of my day! Also, on top of that…this Marshall’s has the best stuff too!
I really like this location. They get really nice items in at this one. Clothes, home decor etc.
Aisles are kept clean, store well organized.
Very solid Marshall’s location! Well staffed with friendly employees that are always willing to help you find prices on items or locate things you might not be able to find.
Don't have people falling around like your going to still the store like other stores do I hate people like that and they are very polite and very clean
Kept clean but nothing is organized whatsoever. You'll find the clothes size sections don't matter since the clothes are mixed. At the very most, they separated women's from men's. Even the household aisles were set up haphazardly. After this frustrating experience, I went to the Bradenton location, which is much better.
Love Marshalls! Always find something in there, only complaint is bathrooms need some serious TLC. Otherwise always find something you didn't know you needed.
My wife likes this store. I would go with my wife and let her shop while I sat and waited for her. But I do not like going to this store anymore because they took the seats away and I have to stand waiting now.
I spent almost 3-4 months looking for a specific set of barstools at all the local Marshall’s (including HomeGoods, T. J. Maxx, etc.) without any success. Riverview Marshall’s employees went above & beyond and worked really hard to make sure I got them. (SUMMERFIELD CROSSING store#: 101202) thank you so much!
Unfortunately this store is ALWAYS a mess.staff seem unhappy to be there.prices are ok.
Update, 3.21.22 Monday store still a mess, clothes not where they should be, I understand customers are a big part of that but if they have people who work the floor and pick up the clothing and put them back where they belong it would make shopping there maybe a little bit more enjoyable, staff today were very nice.
Marshalls had a healthy stock of curly girl hair products at reasonable prices. I was able to find a cute new shirt and love the dressing rooms are open!
Our little Marshalls has come a long way.
The manager Sofi was so amazing making sure I found the right product. Not only did she go out the way to call other stores to help me get a price she made my shopping experience marvelous. Definitely will be returning to this location! Thanks Sofi!
Not too bad of a store. I remember one time I was there and this woman, few women, I don't quite remember were up near one of the registers talking extremely loud. I talk a bit louder than most by nature just because of some things, but I make an active effort to modify my volume in public, etc. This isn't besides the point. I'm not going to go on a judgemental tirade, but it looks like I will. They were just LOUD and while I sometimes put in an earbud with music to calm my nervousness it was irritating because I'm pretty sure most folks weren't there trying to listen in on that conversation. I could be wrong, but they may have not even been wearing masks. Regardless, this Marshall's is nearby and it's not too bad. Aside from the selection of clothes for men, I'd say that the shoes are a bit "lacking". Also, an important factor in my shopping experience is whether or not I'm asked about applying for a card. I fully understand that this is part of their job, but the one's that get to me are the persistent ones. There was this one young lady who was persistent, but it was in good nature and I respect that. Ask me once, shame on me. Ask me twice, shame on me again, I guess. All-in-all, this Marshall's isn't all that bad.
I always tend to find nice random pieces, needs, and wants at this Marshall's. I usually randomly stop in when I make it to that side of town early for work. It's definitely always busy during the holidays. However, during any regular day of the year.it's definitely worth the stop
No different than any of the other discount retail stores. They used to have phenomenal prices 10 years ago but not so much anymore.
Beautiful new store! Lots of quality clothing and other merchandise. Checkout is quick even when there is a line. Could just be my favorite store.
I have a very bad experience in the Marshal on 301 and big bend. I forgot my cell phone on the shopping car when I get back to pick up (no even a 30 seconds). No one at the store can even help me as a customer to do something, no response from any associates. Just sorry I cannot help you. People is not my phone is the information, all my contacts. Ugh!
I love Marshals but as a customer I will no go there anymore, I feel I cannot not trust to any associates.is a shame. Can you image can do that with your shoppings! Check your receipts!
It seems like they did a revision for the holidays but some of the sections were not labeled correctly. The check out was quick and easy!
Clean and organized. Very business. The check out line was very long. So much so I observed many people leave without purchasing the items they had in their hands. I decided to leave all though I had two items in hand. They should have added additional cashiers to move the volume of customers.
Don't go here if you are over a size 12. Their plus section is literally one 4 way rack and about 2' on a straight rack.
Sadly they don't have a very big variety of young girls clothing (6 - 14). Prices are fair. Store clean. Customer service excellent.
