Marshalls, Lakeland FL

It's definitely not stocked like the Marshall's in Ohio. It's nice n clean. Maybe I just went on a day day

Disaster in, disaster getting out, but thet are the only place that stocks a particular product. So when I'm nearby one I head in to hunt one down.

The crowd was not bad for 3 days before Christmas. Great prices on Christmas specific items.

Great Marshalls! The store was clean, well stocked and presented items well. Staff members were welcoming and helpful.

Marshall's has a lot of clothing. I did not find what I was looking for a men's dress shirt.

This is a well stocked, well maintained store. They have excellent quality merchandise. It is an enjoyable place to shop.

This is a Great Marshall's. Always clean and organized. Workers are always there to help and solve any problem.

This is not an equal opportunity of employment store. Manager Erika gets rude and hangs up on you when you acquire about your application. She is highly unprofessional and an embarrassment to the company and also a liability as she is breaking federal laws.

This place has barely anything in stock for big and tall. They need to get their stuff together. The world isn't filled with 100 pound feather weights.

(My updated post) Adding correction to my previous review for one of my favorite places TJ Maxx, Homewood and Marshall), today I tried to make return (which I rarely do Because a piece of metal was sticking out of the fabric on the and and due to the fact that I had put it on that's the only way I knew there was a piece of metal sticking out and I had to turn around and go home after I noticed it and change. They wouldn't take the item back because earlier my black T-shirt got some black lint on the item. I called customer service and the complaint line and put in a request to speak to the general manager but other than that it makes me super sad because I'm not a person that returns anything and Home goods TJ Maxx and Marshall's are my favorite stores I even buy groceries there, cookware, bath and home and new outfits for upcoming events, holidays etc.

I will not shop in Marshall's Lakeland ever again after being treated like a liar for a defective item I only possessed for less than a week.

Its regretfully off my go to list.

Very crowded and long checkout line. Found a few good deals. We don't go here nearly as much as we used to.

Great store and staff but why is there not a children changing table in either male or female bathrooms? Parents can't change their kids on nasty floor had to leave before we even started to shop.

Found everything I needed plus asked employee advise on shadow concealer or something else and recommended a liquid concealer.

If you are looking for name brand clothing at a phenomenal price, then look no further! I bought a bunch of shirts for an amazing low price. Mens, womens, children, young adults sections. All are labeled with size selections. A clearance section as well. Clean and bright throughout the store. Well kept and clean. Friendly service from employees. Great location! A+

Nice variety to choose from. Fast checkout. Bathrooms need a makeover. Other than that excellent customer service

This is just like any other Marshall's. The toy section is a bit small and I wish they expanded it.

Store is pretty well organized. Sales person helped me find "Christmas Crackers". Every year I go hunting for those. Staff was friendly and efficient.
