I love Marshall's simply because I always find the things I wanted and always end up getting more.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but everytime I go to this Marshall they never have inventory.

Great customer service and very efficient attendants. They have the latest trends when it comes to being fashion forward. Their prices are very affordable and I highly recommend them.

Awesome, offers great deals. Enough parking. Great bargains and sales. The staff very courteous and helpful. They do go the extra mile to help. A great variety of products. Please stop by and shop.

I've been a loyal Marshall's customer for years. Great value and merchandise. With that being said, I am reluctant to ask for help as that everytime I ask I get dismissive responses to my inquiries, and the associates including managers are more concerned with tasking than actually trying to help me find what I'm looking for. The customer service experience at the West Palm Beach location is underwhelming and disappointing. Some constructive criticism that I can give, being a retail manager myself is that without customers we have no jobs. There needs to be a bigger focus on going above and beyond in stopping your tasking to exhaust all options to help your customers, rather than dismissing them with a sorry we can't or don't attitude to continue your focus of stocking your shelves. I will continue to shop at Marshalls, but unfortunately I don't expect any help in doing so.

Great selection at this location. However, Worst customer experience with coordinator Gladys. She was combative, provided slow service and lacked intercommunication to address my simple issue. Hopefully this review receives attention from management.

Marshalls my all-time favorite. I've been buying stuff for myself and my kids for over 15 years.

Hardly ever a disappointing trip. Great place to shop for women's clothing. They don't do much for men. But they got all the best prices on the brand u love

I only go for bath towels and wash cloths. I can never get any clothing or shoes in my size. If you're over a size 6-8in clothing & shoes you're SOL! But hey it's clean and they try to keep organize. P. S.fix the toilet paper holder in the female bathroom. Thank you.

Terrible check out. Long lines. Not enough 1x women's clothes. Employee monitoring the dressing room was busy checking out what a male had brought her for lunch. Food and drinks on the counter. Same employee ended up checking us out. She left her lane to converse with the male by the front door while the customer lines got ever longer. Lone cashier had to answer the phone too. I won't forget the look on our cashier's face. A combo of boredom and rudeness.

Doesn't always have the shoes your looking for or if you see one its hard to know which box it is cause there jumbled up

Over all is a good place to find ad stuff but when you need help you can't find anyone to help you. I will rather go to Burlington. Sorry

Nice place to shop. The exterior need some love. The brick wall has been down for over a year, it is an eye soar.

I buy a lot of clothes here.
If anything wrong u can return.
But u will get a store credit if u don't have receipt.

The line was so long I am 8 month pregnant and need it to use the bathroom but I was already there and need it to wait. Wow I have never seen such a long line on Marshall. A manager came in and call 2 more cashiers 4 cashiers total. It was crazy I did not expect it Ross maybe but not Marshall.

Not what I expected. Used to shop at Marshall's but this one has taken a nose dive in many aspects and I know prefer Ross in the area
