2From the moment we walked into Martial Arts World Eustis everyone has been amazing. The instructors are very well trained and have a very meaningful training program for all the students. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone that I know or talk to.
Been training here for almost two years now and I love it! The staff are great and truly care about the students. The atmosphere is open and friendly. You'll never be asked to do more than you can but you will be challenged to push yourself.
The curriculum is more than just kicking and punching. Don't get me wrong the physical aspect is great but if all you do is exercise you'll never get lasting change. I've lost over 40lbs since I started and I've kept it off. Learning how to change my habits, how to change how I think have played a huge role and the school has been there step by step helping me make those changes.
