I highly recommend Martin Law firm. My attorney Dustin Butler was the very best to work with. He settled my divorce in six months, which could have lasted a couple years. I feel as if I have made a friend for life. Dustin was always very pleasant and very easy to work with. He always responded quickly to my questions.
His paralegal, Kelly Arroyo was always available to me and very pleasant to work with also.
I will use Dustin and Kelly for all my future legal needs.

Bad service and completely unprofessional with client interaction. We made the horrible mistake of paying them in advance for assistance with bankruptcy. Talked to one of the main partners and was feeling comfortable with his advise and felt at ease. Later after the meeting he referred us to a very junior partner (delegating work to someone else) that sounded the opposite.that should have been the alarm in my head.lol. Just a warning to anyone who decides to hire Martin Law Firm, you'll be doing most of the work yourself and there's lots of hidden fees. It's also impossible to talk to anyone familiar with your case and when you leave a message, good luck getting a call back. My wife and I negotiated directly with our creditors instead of bankruptcy but we are out $1,800.00. Now I know why lawyers get such a bad reputation.lesson learned. Like everyone else, there comes a time when nothing but legal representation is needed. Unfortunately I fell into that situation, but fortunately I found Martin Law to represent me. The professional and kind way that my needs were handled, made the experience easier to get through. I've used them exclusively in all my legal needs. I don't know where to begin. I am seventy four and a disabled vietnam veteran. I hired Dustin from Martin Law firm to help me with my divorce, and I could not have gone wrong. I initially spoke to Jennifer who was very helpful & attentive, she then quickly transferred me to Steven E Martin. Steven was very straightforward and enlightened me a great deal w/ legal questions & concerns I had in regards to wills, trusts and assets, ultimately saving me nearly $800 or more just by talking with me via a phone call; he couldn't have been more helpful, direct and honest (referring me to a few options). When I have a problem, either car accident, divorce ect, I always different Lawyers but this time I had a probate job to be done I use Martin Law firm. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME, This place Rocks. I had an immediate problem, needed to be addressed right away. Tried a couple friend referrals to other firms for 4 days and not one called back.
Then I called Martin Lawn Firm, and wow these guys really heard me out and got back to me in less than 30 minutes with soooooo much help.

Set up appointment to talk about creating a trust and the attorney tried to talk me out of it. What a joke.

I’ll clarify for you, it’s a complaint.

This has to be by far the worst firm for any legal representation. They have mis manage my bankruptcy by negligence after repeated emails. Beware of this firm and especially Jonathan he should be practicing any law. After mismanagement of my bankruptcy he took the law suit that followed and wasn’t able too. We’re currently working with a malpractice attorney to sue this firm. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
