I really like the new African American guy - although he’s been there for at least months now. He is always very friendly and remembers your name.

With our plans to spend more time in Naples, Florida area during the year, would have been on the lookout for a neighborhood dry cleaner with friendly and efficient customer service. We also wanted to find someone that would be prepared for our clothes dry cleaning as we take any of our favorite pieces for dry cleaning. We had tried other dry-cleaning in the area & while a bit out of our way, I found Martinizing Sea Breeze Plaza to be best overall. Their staff (Billy, Anna & Others) so nice & make it easy to get in & out! Our dry-cleaning ALWAYS looks fabulous and that is very important to us. We are pleased to have finally found that local dry-cleaner we had been looking for.

Results are good, young man behind counter is always on a personal phone call when I drop off and pick up would not rate him as customer service focused

Young black guy who works there blasts his rap music all day. Do the owners know this? I do laundry next door every Friday, and it occurs every week. Do these people understand the concept of public spaces? I don’t sit there and force him to listen to my blasting music, why do I have to listen to his?

I go here for all my dry cleaning needs. They did a fantastic job on my son's Navy uniform too, turned out so much better than I expected! My most recent experience was to have my favorite leather wallet cleaned, it looks great. I'd never go anywhere else.
New review: May 2023 Took a 38 year old teddy bear here to give back to my son who's wife is pregnant. Fur is soft again and smells so good! This cleaner never fails me.
