The food is very good apart from the fact that it is a family place. The people are very friendly and the place is quite large. Love it.

Food is always excellent but the wait time for drive through was too much. We ordered a side of tostones and after almost 40 minute wait they say We have to wait more because they ran out of tostones. Once they finally gave us the food we see only 2 small tostones. Really? Waiting almost an hour for 2 tostones? Paying $13 for ribs and 2 tostones? No way! Not good. Also they charge you $2.16 when you pay with CC.
Not fair. They need to tell you before charging it. Plus nobody uses cash anymore. So sad. It is my favorite place but they need to fix somethings.

Been on drive thru for 15 minutes now, beep the horn and no one is showing up not even to tell me be right with you! Really just ignore customers?

The rice with pigeon peas is spectacular and the chicken is just like Puerto Rico PEEEEEERO in mofongos they are hanging sorry. I ordered it on 2 different occasions and it was just as hard and tasteless.

Five dollars for a medal but otherwise the chicken tastes the same as Puerto Rican chicken

The chicken is usually great. However, they are very inconsistent with the Mofongo.
There are days that you love it because of its seasoning and days that it's completely bland. While the ribs and pork are usually salty.
We are regular customers since it opened. Sadly, their prices are skyrocketing lately, plus you get charge additional charges for using your card. Just yesterday, I ordered 2 rostisery chickens to go, and I was charged $29.99.

I would have given it 5 stars but the owner sells the Kola Champagne for $3.36 a can! When I complained to him he told me that the box costs him $21.00, that is, if the box comes with 24 it costs. 87 cents a can, he is getting double that! In other words, you have a prosperous business, they cook well, it is always full and you have soda for $3.36 but the one from the machine is included in combos. I hope that from this double profit you have to give a good bonus to your employees.

The service does not serve very bad food and the people who work there serve you as if they are angry, very bad service.

1st time here. Good lunch special, got 1/2 chicken, taro and bottle water for $12. Portion are pretty big and Chicken has good flavor to it.

Today I witnessed the poor treatment of a woman who went to buy her food, the woman who was at the counter yelled at her and spoke disparagingly to her, I had to leave the restaurant because I was outraged by the treatment of that person who appeared to a customer.

Today I went shopping at the restaurant on 192, a woman named Sheyla Rosado served me and I received terrible treatment from her, she discriminated against me for being Colombian, she treated me terribly and told me that she was not going to give me the food I ordered because I didn't want to hang up on a long distance phone call that I had, he ordered me to hang up the call and when I said no, he replied that I wasn't doing what I wanted, so he told me that he wasn't selling me anything. The truth is, this is the first time something like this has happened to me, I am a customer, well I was a customer, of this restaurant, this lady was super rude

They didn't have lemonade in the soda machine and because they don't have lemonade they don't give you another alternative.

Having bottles of water or even having lemonade for those who order their food through the car through. The two cashiers that I asking for lemonade, both told me the same thing. Just drink soda. Really? I respond to both cashiers, I don't drink soda and do nothing about it.

Also, The food I ordered was; ½ Roasted Chicken, Sweet Potato and Cole Slaw. But the food was very bad. Was really, really bad for my stomach.

It's already happened to me twice.
They don't see me in that place again.

Love the atmosphere very lived and even though they were very busy and in rush they still managed to be friendly with their customers. The food taste was amazing.

Just a small observation since I love your food and service. You include the drink in the meal but you are giving some paper cups which get soft after a while. I proceeded to order another glass to change glasses and the lady who charges at the register Very good, by the way, she informed me that those glasses do not have refills, which was not my purpose since I only wanted to change the glass, so if they do not have refills, put the beverage machine inside so that people know since there is no sign, thank you very much and It's nothing personal, I will continue to recommend and visit them.

Excellent flavor, exquisite chicken, crunchy spider mites, cakes with grandma's flavor. EVERYTHING, but everything SUPER TASTY * and EXCEPTIONAL customer service
