This place is a scam do not order flowers from here! I ordered a succulent plant for an employee who's father had passed and not only were they not delivered but they don't pick up the phone when called repeatedly. This is a scam online business.

Flowers looked old to begin with

The center started to look wilted within 48 hrs

Tried to email no answer

Tried to call mo answer

I would give them negative stars

Tried to visit location to pick up flowers locally, went to address and found a locksmith service located at that address. 2 days of trying to call and all I get is a forward to voice-mail. A total waste of time! This is the address displayed here and on their website.

Placed an order VIA 1800-Flowers on 2/9 for delivery on 2/14. Flowers were not delivered in time, as promised. Probably a good thing considering the other reviews on quality. Don't bother calling the number listed, they don't answer.

I wish that I could give this place zero stars. I ordered from 1800flowers for my sister's funeral service who then utilized Mary Blooms. I selected an XL white standing basket which is supposed to measure 39 inches in height and 41 inches in width. The picture below is what it is supposed to look like from the site. The flowers were delivered to the funeral home without incident. Imagine my embarrassment and anger when I got to the service and saw that the stunning $200 arrangement I ordered was barely 12 inches tall in a small vase sized basket. Not only was it small but it wasn't even full in the size that it was in. It didn't look like $25 worth of flowers let alone $200. I could've purchased what was there from a publix. Absolutely disgusting that Mary blooms had the nerve to even deliver this. If a business cannot handle these big types of arrangements they should not be taking the orders.

I ordered the premium version of the arrangement on the left, through Teleflora, which is described as being made up of boxwood greens, red and gold ornaments, red ribbons and small red carnations in a red pot, composed to look like a Christmas tree. What my mother-in-law received, on 12/10/21 instead, was the arrangement on the right, made of ferns, is considerably smaller than it should have been, is not decorated as it should have been and looks nothing like what I ordered and certainly not like a mini Christmas tree. The arrangement is already beginning to wilt exacerbating my disappointment even further. Having ordered flowers, for friends and family out of state, for many years, I am aware that there are times when substitutions are unavoidable, however this is ridiculous. This arrangement is not worth half of the $100 which I paid. This florist has absolutely no business working on behalf of and representing Teleflora.

I received flowers on Sat. Evening, changed the water immediately as there was sediment in bottom of vase.
There were 5 roses, 3 carnations and another flower, in an upright vase with lots of greens! The roses drooped on Sunday and by Tuesday (after changing water daily) we’re mostly dead! A box of chocolates were to be included, but 4 four pieces of stale chocolates were included! The use by date was Dec.this year!
My Daughter who ordered the flowers received credit for “box” of chocolates. So the bill being over a hundred dollars came to $84. +. So $84+, Four pieces of stale chocolates 10 flowers, lots of fern is totally outrageous! In any language, and it is a service should be barred from florist deliveries!

Ordered online from many states away, and they did same-day delivery for a VERY reasonable price, and the arrangement was gorgeous! It was so easy, went off without a hitch, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Thank you so much, Mary Blooms!
