It would be an excellent visit if I wasn't judged by what they see in my medical report. I don't like it when they assume I'm misusing my medication. That is not right at all. Just because others abuse their medications doesn't mean we all do. Some of use actually do need our prescribed medications.

I love my Dr. Thomas. She is attentive, thorough, kind and always thinking of the best plan of care. I'm very happy and feel like a well cared for patient and NOT a number or bottom line.

I arrived at 10: 20am for my appointment at 10: 45am. I was finally seen by a doctor at 12: 45pm. I only came to this facility for a referral to go to an OBGYN because I am pregnant and the OBGYN office requires a referral in order to be seen. I have yet to see someone for my pregnancy, which I mentioned upon scheduling my appointment, clearly making it obvious this is an urgent matter. Before leaving the appointment, I was told to call back to pick up a referal within a couple of days. I call the following week, only to be told I will need to wait 14 BUSINESS DAYS to receive my "non urgent" referral. I asked to speak to the doctor and was transferred to her voicemail. It has been 3 days and I have not been given a call back whatsoever, although I have left two voicemails. I keep calling the office and the referral line and NO ONE IS PICKING UP. Horrible service. The receptionist was great, the doctor seemed to care, but clearly did not listen. Absolutely horrible. I'm changing my PCP due to this experience. I'm not waiting for the referral. I will not be wasting my time anymore with this facility. It's unfortunate. Apparently my request for a referral to be seen for my pregnancy isn't urgent nor important enough to this facility, let alone my health and the health of my unborn child. I STILL HAVE YET TO GET A CALL BACK.

Dr. Thomas is an Outstanding Doctor very calm and very professional. She remember that I rode a bike on a daily bases and I was impressed by the medications she ordered and how quickly I recovered. I appreciated her seeing me without an appointment (flu conditions). Great experience and I think very highly of your health care system.

Dr. Thomas is first class! I am a new patient and I've had a few appointments with her. She's patient, kind, and very caring.

Dr. Thomas has been my primary physician since 2010. She is a wonderful doctor and has done much to keep me healthy and happy. I cannot more strongly recommend her services. She's a dedicated practitioner who cares about her patients and their well-being.

I am never disappointed when I go see Dr. Mary Issac Thomas. I am confident she is always looking out for my health and she really takes her time to listen and never hesitates on seeking the best treatment. We are a team.

This is an excellent physician. For the first time in many years, my BP, Cholesterol, and A 1 C are stable.

I really love Dr. Mary Thomas, she was my MD for 3 years. She's so kind, so patient. If you went to the Emergency room during the timeline of any of your visits, she going to ask ''What happened? " ''Why where you in the Hospital? '' Before, you could say anything. She never makes you feel uncomfortable, always giving truth advice about anything. A therapist! Lol She understands privacy, and is very tranquil, and chill. We need more people like you in the world. Unfortunately, reception wasn't on the same page.

DR Thomas is a great caring Dr. She listens to you and trtess to help all she could. I will never give he up.

I have the most medical group of people in the world. They wait on you, from the time you arrive. My Dr. Is Mary Issac Thomas, no relationship. (Lol) She has been my Doctor for 7 years, and I like the way she handles her patients. Any problems I have she takes her time and diagnose them for you quickly.

First visit ws great.but its so difficult to connect back with the doctor or follow up. I left multiple messages but no one cares to respond

I think the doctors r mis diagnose me both my hand r deform “ my doctor send me to a dr Chan, John and now to a hand surgeon and he told me I was mis diagnosed and he be doing another surgery

I called to schedule a new patient appt, receptionist informed me that she needed to verify my insurance first and she would call me back.
And.she did call back.
Everyone performed their job professionally, polite with patients and my doctor. Dr Mary Thomas- Isaac is very knowledgeable and friendly. I left there feeling cared and I'm very happy with my new doctor.

I really feel taken care of at this place. The entire staff is friendly and very efficient, and wait times are usually short. Dr. Thomas is excellent at what she does and I 'm very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and caring Doctor. English or Spanish these folks will see to your needs!
