Mary's Ocala Pro Cleaning

I had my home cleaned. By a sweet young lady name RYLI she was very very thorough. My number one thing is dusting, vacuum and mopping. I gave her two thumbs up. She deserves four thumbs.

*********** WOW. What a reply- Nice try saving yourself Mary- I wish I recorded the phone call. Before trying to work me HE IMMEDIATELY told me to find someone else in a rude tone. I wasn't backing out of the cleaning- I was adjusting the amount in which I was requesting to reflect the budget I have. So YES- it is completely unbelievable that they are willing to do a basic cleaning for a FURNISHED home yet unwilling to do a basic cleaning in an unfurnished home. You're MONEY HUNGRY and unprofessional.
And yes, this town is ghetto if you're not from here. Im glad your happy cleaning up all the trash in this town. ***************

This company is a scam. Rude on the phone. Refused to do a basic cleaning for 200 because there will no furniture in the house and they consider that a "move out cleaning". Even though I AM NOT requesting the full clean out service. DO not waste your time calling these people. They will want you to pay over 400 for a move out- even if you ask them NOT to clean out drawers, fridge, or oven.

TRUE SCAM
I was so put off by the bad attitude of the man who answered the phone that I will clean my own house. I wont even attempt another company around this ghetto town of Ocala.
Blessed to be getting out of this horrible state. I've never encounter people more rude than in this town.

I moved to Ocala 4 years ago i have a lumbar injury that prevents me from doing all of my cleaning. My husband has had to take on a lot over the years. We have tried many of cleaners that came “highly recommended “and all fell flat. So I told my husband we will try one more time. Are WE happy we did. I so wish we found Mary’s years ago but we found her now.
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied Mary takes immediate action. She follows up so no reason not to be satisfied. Try her business you will NOT be disappointed

Mary's Ocala was responsive to my call and scheduled someone to clean the next day. Although a bit pricey, I was very pleased with Carmen's (our cleaner) work. She was personable and a hard worker. We were getting ready to put our barndominium on the market and needed a deep cleaning. The refrigerator cleaning was a big job and Carmen left it looking brand new. Carmen clearly takes pride in her work and leaves things sparkling. I would love to have her as my regular housekeeper if she were available.

Just point and it will be clean. Be sure to make a list cause they do a lot in the time frame. There's stuff you have missed but they remember to get everything.

Mary's Ocala Pro Cleaning always does a great job getting our home clean. I highly recommend their cleaning service.

Just had my first deep clean in my home a couple of days ago, and I am so happy with the results. Very lovely kind women and they did a wonderful job.

The individuals doing the cleaning are competent and do a good job, however the management is terrible. They only offer 3 hour cleanings and they are not responsive to customer needs. Specifically, the management also have a disdainful, disrespectful attitude toward customers that are actually paying for the business. I would avoid this business.

So happy with the cleanings I’ve had done so far with Mary’s Ocala Pro. The owner is very responsive and quick to schedule. My cleaner Faith is so nice and attentive. She does a fantastic job, I love coming home after she’s been here. Thank you Faith! Highly recommend using this business.

Mary, Madison, and Karen did a phenomenal job. Mary is very professional and easy to communicate with. Everything is laid out and very easy to understand. The housekeepers, Karen and Madison, were on time and they cleaned more than required. They went above and beyond. In addition, they were both very kind, receptive, and professional.
