Asian Restaurant Masa reviews
36Lovely sushi and truly lovely service. Owner handed handed us an umbrella when the rain was down powering and we were caught unprepared. Would absolutely recommend. The jalapeño hamachi was by far and away my favorite item.
The same sushi, nothing special. Not my favorite joint and the service can be slow at peek times. I wish the fish smell was not as potent.
Good sushi and excellent waitress (Maddie?). Although, the seafood fried rice recipe had changed from the last time I was there. It was good but not as good as I remembered it. This time, the pieces of fish were fried. Still, one of my favorite restaurants in Tallahassee.
Stopped here for lunch the last time I was in town visiting my son and I think it's my wife's favorite new spot. She loved the tuna tower. I had sushi and it was super fresh and excellent. Service was spot on. We will definitely be back.
Food was delicious and we sat outside. It was a lovely lunch and affordable as well. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
There's usually a long wait the 3 times I've been here and the food can take a very long time to come out of the kitchen. The quality is average at best but prices are on the higher side.
I would recommend it for a business lunch or date night, but not much else. I feel like a lot of people hype Masa up quite a bit, but I don't see it.
This place has excellent sushi. You can come here for date night and get dressed up or go with a group and enjoy their sushi deals. Tuna Tuesday is my favorite, but you won’t find their deals listed on line. Take my word for it.
Great food, nice waitress's. All around good experience. Had the lunch special and it was a great amount of food for a good price. Sushi was fresh and tasted great.
The Lobster rolls, Pad Se-Ew, and Sesame chicken were all fresh / amazing! We have been three times and never been disappointed!
Enjoyed dinner with my family, everything was delicious. The Pineapple Brown Rice with Chicken was cooked to perfection. The only complaint is too many onions and it was my fault that I forgot to tell them. Our waitress was very attentive. Everyone enjoyed.
This is an awesome restaurant. Has a little bit of everything Sushi is awesome. Sauces can't be beat, a place everybody should go. Great for a date
great for Just Lunch
great to see friends
Good menu, nice atmosphere. Service a bit slow on last visit (Sunday night) They have a separate vegan menu, but you have to ask for it.
This is my favorite restaurant of all times staff is very friendly the atmosphere is wonderful I really enjoyed my meal.
Had stir fried beef with spice level set to hot. Even though it was a bit too hot, the food was amazing. Definitely recommend for any trying to order a simple stir fried option.
THE Best Chinese in town in my opinion. Great food, great daily specials and happy hour from 4-7 M-F
Despite its beautiful new location, Masa is a Tallahassee institution. Everything is well done.
