Great service! Replaced belts, breaks, wipers, checked all fluids, and aligned steering wheel. They provided me a loaner (Mercedes Benz) included in the service cost. My Maserati feels like new! Thank you Joe Spadafora.

My Granturismo Convertible GT only go to the dealership. I have James cell No: to text with any issues. As he has invited 24/7. Responce time is almost instantly. Yesterday after a routine service he waited for 40 minutes beyond closing for my arrival to pick the car up & spend another 1/2 hr programming the audio/BT system. I have many different makes of cars, certainly this dealership is top shelf.

My initial interaction was great, very professional. During the course of scheduled service, I was notified that additional concerns were identified. I contacted the service sales rep and asked that they be completed while the car was on site. I was informed it would be scheduled.
10 days later, I was notified the vehicle was ready. I presumed all work was finished. Upon arrival, there was some confusion about the availability of the vehicle and check out took longer than reasonable.
Subsequently, I learned that not all of the itemized work recommended by the service technician was completed. Regardless of why the service sales representative opted not to complete the requested work, it should have been my decision. I was not notified prior to arrival nor until I read through the service ticket that this work was not done. Given the advanced automated notification application, I am disappointed there wasn’t better communication about completion of requested work and I will now need to schedule another appointment and take the time to complete the originally requested repairs

Playing music from my phone was no longer working on my convertible Maz…. It worked for several years until they recently replaced the face plate of the stereo…. Now it doesn’t work, and they recommended I use an old ipod ️

Maserati Service - OMG! Been driving for 12 years and never had such an amazing experience. All problems were solved, I had great communication with James and Joseph. After so much headache in Fort Lauderdale, I am very grateful for the job performed at Palm Beach location. Car is fine, it's been only 2 days since I picked it up. Hopefully, no trouble again. If anything, definitely going back there. Worth driving an hour to get the service. Highly recommend to all Maserati owners. Best of luck!

I purchased a maserati from Maserati of palm beach, then 2 days later There was a noise in the car, I had to bring the car to be repaired. 2 weeks after there was water leaking in three different spots inside the car, trunk refused to close unless I slam it close, Check engine light came on, sensor in the car keep screaming saying there’s something next to the car when there is nothing close. When I turn on the car after it been seating for a few hours it sounds like a car that hasn’t serviced in 10 years. As of now, the dealership has the car for 8 days repairing it. I dont feel like this car is safe to drive because I am afraid there might be more to what they telling me. Wish I went somewhere else.

Maserati yearly maintenance service which was very expensive as you would expect. No worries with that. Issue was with loaner car. Was dropped off at enterprise car rental where I was greeted with relative old beat up Hyundai as my new loaner for two days. For 4500$ service I would expect something better than this. After bringing this up no one cared. Took the money and sorry for your inconvenience was the answer.

Staff was willing to help me as a same-day appointment. I understand that they won't always be that accommodating but they were willing to help me without hesitation.

Calvin and Sim were very responsive and transparent throughout the process. They also arranged for auto insurance on my behalf and delivered the car to my home. Entire purchase process was a little over two hours. I hope to buy from them again.

Joe Spadafora provides first class service for a first class automobile. I wouldn’t even consider another place to service my Maserati. The absolute best!
