I'm not a big fan of going to the doctors office, but Dr. Guillermo makes me feel like I'm visiting a friend. Staff is very friendly. I'm happy to have him as my Doctor/friend.

Dr Santos is great. But the staff doesn’t follow up. Even getting a prescription refill has been a chore.

New patient from California and have been trying to schedule an appointment with the doctor here now that I moved and live super close to it. Been trying to schedule for almost a month and come to find out weeks later that my registration forms aren’t in the system…. The staff here has incredibly horrible communication when it comes to scheduling appointments. These ladies seem to only wanna be on the phone no longer than 3 mins, they say the same thing “someone’s gonna call you. ” Really bad choice of staff. Please reconsider

Seen by provider in a timely manner. Wait time was less than expected. Gynecologist was very helpful and provided resources to me that pertained to my problem. She assured that I had the needed orders for my yearly mammogram and MRI. She also renewed my medications prior to leaving the office. She is very approachable and is a great listener. Excellent customer service.

Dr. Santos is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned whenever I visit. My whole family has been seeing him for years. Highly recommend.
