First time visit highly recommend. I showed up at the wrong time and was gladly seen early. The customer service across the board was the best I have ever experienced. I have been in the service/hospitality business for 23 years and have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Mason to you and your team! I have already recommended your office to everyone on my team.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The exam was through. Questions were answered fully and understandably. The wait was a bit long, but I believe that Dr. Mason takes the time necessary to give each patient proper attention. Sometimes that can make an exam run longer than expected and I can appreciate that.

The negative reviews reminded me of my experience about five years ago because I kept seeing the words 'rude' 'sarcastic' 'abrupt' and 'impatient' - words that accurately describe my interaction with the medical professional there. My total bill was outrageous and I had to have two exams just as other patients stated for the same reason - I couldn't see with the lenses. It took a long time for me to even be able to get a better understanding of what transpired in that office and I accepted that I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment there, a poor choice on my part, but what happened was on them. I also saw a mention of the 'pushy' optician woman and that provided a good laugh because it is true.

Took my daughter for her first eye exam since she has been complaining about being able to read. The staff was wonderful with her and explaining everything to make her comfortable. Dr. Mason was extremely thorough in her examination and took time to explain everything. I have glasses myself and will be switching to the Mason Eye Clinic for my own vision care.

I have been going to Mason Eye Clinic for several years. Every time I go, I get the same excellent service from the moment I step through the door. Excellent customer service and virtually little to no wait time. I am extremely satisfied with the eye care I receive from Dr. Mason and his team. From the eye exam to the purchase of contact lenses everything is explained to me in detail.

Mason eye clinic was an excellent choice for my recurring eye exam. The folks there were professional, knowledgeable and courteous in performing my eye exam. Great selection of contact lens and frames-enough to fit anyone’s needs. I would highly recommend them as your eye specialists.

Between the pleasant staff an Dr Mason it was a joyful experience. I was even offered an option to avoid dilation! Excellent!

Wow! I am so impressed with this office. I called when they opened on a Saturday morning for an eye emergency and they fit me right in. The office staff was all friendly and very kind. The doctor spent time talking about my issue and was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be making this office my family eye doctor!
