Everyone was super nice and friendly. Dr. Hicks was very detailed on explaining my injuries and how to care for them. Office was extremely Caring and wait time was excellent.
My wife and I were most impressed by Mr. Hicks. He took the time to discuss my xrays, and the plan of therapy and rationale for additional testing. He called me the following morning to discuss the lab results also. I am a retired physician and most thankful for the quality of care that I am receiving at Ascension Sacred Heart.
Dr Hicks was a pleasure to meet. He made the visit comfortable and answer my questions clearly and listened well. I felt a lot less stress after speaking w him and calm during the office procedure. Thank u Dr. Hicks for being at Sacred Heart. Also his office staff was kind. That's important to me.
