Beautiful place. The woman working in the office were informative and well-mannered.

I applied for an apartment at this location on September 8th, I was going to apply the day before on the 7th but was concerned about the $75 application fee and the $250 administration fee both coming out at the same time and being that I’m a server it’s hard for me to prove my full income so I didn’t wanna lose $325 if I did get declined for approval, but a woman at the front desk assured me that only the $75 will be charged then the $250 would come out upon approval, so since I had this clarified I went and applied the next day. As soon as I applied, the full $325 came out of my account (so already I was lied to) but I wasn’t worried at that point in time until I got declined then didn’t receive the $250 back into my account. I called and asked when I would receive my $250 back and a gentleman said it would probably be the standard 2-5 business days based on my bank which made sense so I waited. A week later I called back cause I noticed the charge of $325 was posted on my account. The same woman informed me that it would be 45 days before I got my money back. At that point I was irritated because this was the main thing I was concerned about in the first place before I even applied. The communication was all over the place and no one was on the same page, not to mention the fact that I was sending e-mails that no one was responding to. The woman eventually tells me after communicating with her accounting department that they were going to send me a check for the $250. Almost a month later, I’m still currently waiting for the $250 that wasn’t even supposed to leave my account in the first place. It’s not about the money but moreso the principle of the matter. No one was on the same page and I was given a run around about how my money was gonna be given back to me and it’s sad because I was willing to go out of my way to provide additional documents to get approved, but after seeing how this was played out with the lack of communication and consistency, I’ll pass and go to Indigo instead. On the bright side, the community is beautiful and Dalton is an absolute sweetheart! I hope they fix this for future residents in the future.

RENTERS BEWARE

We were promised a move in date of October 1st. We called to set up utilities 2 weeks before move in date and then and ONLY THEN did they inform us "oh we're sorry but actually its NOVEMBER 1st now". They put no care or thought into our situation at all. Put us in a spot to where we were worried we'd be homeless.

Do not trust them. If they were willing to do it to us they'll definitely do it to you.

If I were you I would look elsewhere.

The clubhouse area was amazing, the office people were really nice and fun to talk with! You can tell this is going to be a top notch apartment community. Looking forward to leasing here soon!
