Massage and Unwind, Hallandale Beach FL

Called this business multiple times to ask about availability for a couples massage. Instead of calling me back, they decide to send a text message. While I appreciate the text back instead of nothing, I found that to be very unprofessional in my opinion and just rubbed me the wrong way. I’m big on customer service and this was not a way to treat a potential customer.

Hands down (pun intended) the best therapeutic massage I have ever received. I have been frequenting Massage & Unwind for a couple years now. AL is magic! He knows, listens, & understands what you need. A true professional that knows his craft. You feel his love for massage & helping his clients. Definitely a must if you cherish a good quality massage!

Best Deep Tissue Massage I've ever had. Told him my problem area he spent extra time on them feel 21 again I'm 51. I will be back everytime in Hallandale FL

Please save your time, headache, hassle, and money. If you’re looking for a bad massage, horrible customer service, THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE. I just don’t see the need in dealing with horrible customer service and a bad customer experience when I am the paying customer, And your salary is partially dependent on me? If you do end up going I hope your experience was a lot better than mine

The atmosphere is super clean, aromatherapy in every room, and Al is by far the best and most professional massage therapist ever. I always leave feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

When your massage is over, he leaves you in a burrito of sheets, and it’s comfy and warm.

I've been about 2 years now that I'm getting my weekly massage at this place, Alex is truly amazing! Not does he get rid of all my muscle tension but he also has a solid knowledge on different therapies and how the body will react to it, he really cares about my wellbeing in general. I highly recommend him to anyone who appreciates a good massage.
