It’s all about the massage! Abraham is fabulous if you want truly deep tissue and great stretching. He eliminated tightness and pain I have been working on for months. I have been a Massage Envy user for 10+ years all over the country so have had a variety of experiences. Yes, the space overall is quite tight but the massage is the key! Front desk staff were very accommodating. AND.you cannot beat the price!

I highly recommend Oleg and I would rate my massage 10/10. I told him to focus on my back because of my back pain, and he knew his techniques so well! He even knows chirotherapy and corrected my neck pain instantly. I felt so relieved after my massage session. Thank you!

It's always a hit or miss. Never consistent. The place is a bit outdated and members lounge to be desired. I view Massage Envy as a place to get regular maintenance, once a week or every other week. Prices and quality started very good but I question their survival. It's expensive for what you get. I come from the spa industry and honestly, I will soon not continue with them. There are better spots with memberships now. Sorry Massage Envy, you need to up your game to stay competitive or better, thrive!

This is the WORST ever. The service at the front is TERRIBLE. This is the 2nd week in a row - THEY called me - within 15 min of my appointment AND cancelled it. The first time they had the schedule messed up & couldn't re-book & just said "sorry" AND the 2nd time THEY called me while I was walking out the door to go there, to move the appointment up as I was doing it with someone else AND we were not happy but it was just another 30 min so we said fine. Then 30 min later they called the person I was going with to tell him he missed his appointment. We were SO upset, they wouldn't put the man on the phone, that called us in the first place 30 min prior, to let us know they needed to move it up, WELL, he moved mine up & not his - so AGAIN they cancelled it last second AND said "as a courtesy" they wouldn't charge me for mine - were they kidding? They ruined our ENTIRE Saturday evening - TWO WEEKS in a row now. What was supposed to be a quiet & nice Sat with massages - turned into TERRIBLE & HORRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN from Massage Envy South Beach. I will immediately be cancelling my membership AND NOT renewing again & will make sure to let others know not to join there & do them a favor - as whenever I get a therapist in the past - only 1 out of 4 are good AND they never stay long enough for you to request them anyhow. I'd give it 0 stars but that wasn't an option.

Great staff at front desk. Therapist were of the highest quality and skill I have experienced. Wish this location was in my home town!

Yanier is the best massage therapy. He really knows what he is doing. I go to this location because he does the best massages.
He understands anatomy and it’s incredible

Honestly, for some reason i gave into the idea of the membership and i don’t know why. Every time the services were subpar at best. Very frustrating. I will not be continuing nor will i be coming back for other services.

Great deal if you find a good therapist. I live in MB. My first massage was terrible however. The manager comped my visit when i complained. He then recommended two other therapists to try on my next visits. I tried them both and they were both excellent. Although a hard decision i chose one specific therapist 2x a week and love it. I have recently developed issues in my muscles and this gives me tremendous relief 24 hours later. Better then any doctor for my problems for sure.

Oh good massage but I don’t think the add on packages are worth it. Skip the aromatherapy and save your money

I had an account with them for almost a year and then closed it because the service it’s not good. After a year a half they tried to put a charge on my credit card of $900 that didn’t go through, and when I called and try to speak to the manager to explain me how is this possible she didn’t want to pick up the phone and made leave my information to call me back, that happened a week ago, still no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I received poor customer service in making my appointment at the SoBe location. That’s a clear sign to steer clear. But I will give another location a try

WORSE MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER! I've been getting deep tissue massages for several years and never had this happen! ZERO EXPERIENCE IN DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE! Left with HUGE HEMATOMAS AND SWELLING in my Middle and Lower back on my 2nd day of Vacation! Looked like a battered woman when I wore a bathing suit and couldn't lean on my back for the rest of my vacation! It was sore to the lightest touch! My back is still purple 6 days later! Owner and staff very smug and unsympathetic! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING THERE!

This place needs to go out of business. I understand one or two bad experiences can happen. But when nothing is done to correct it by the management despite repeated requests, there is a serious problem. Please, spend your money elsewhere. Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Don't waste your time or money. Carrie, the manager is rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. She needs to find another line of work.

I booked from 2-3pm, didn't get seen til 2: 21pm and finished by 2: 49pm they said we give you ten minutes to get changed. Then after agreeing the intouduction price at $55 they charged me $95 and said it's compulsory to charge 15% graduity! Service stinks here! And changed the price after I finish

The place is clean and with friendly staff.
My girlfriend and I had a couples massage and we really enjoyed it. Good bank for your buck while we wait for spa month. We decided to come as we had a gift certificate. There was a glitch with our gift card and Sheri went above and beyond to correct the problem.would recommend as the staff is very professional and accommodating.

Massage was ok, not great but good enough. But the manager was VERY rude. First, she informed us that our massage was not going to be 60 minutes but 45 without any explanation as per why. Even when we got there 15 minutes before the requested time. And at the end she publicly complained that my 15% tip was not enough. I wonder, isn't tip optional? If I don't consider the massage was worth more than 15% tip but she does, then maybe she should pay for the tip instead of making me go through an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation.
