Strive to please the customers, courteous, they do an excellent job with the massages, the only thing I would say is they are a little pushy in trying to sell you items or get you to sign up. I have given a "gift" to my grand daughter, and she cannot afford to sign up and they have trouble taking no for an answer.

Heather is amazing! She speaks in such a soothing voice, she’s very meticulous and makes sure to fulfill your needs for that session whether that be back pain or just to relax. I highly recommend her she never disappoints.

Dissapointing. Lack of customer service. The therapists there are always having a family emergency. Always something, where they have to cancel you appointment. For someone busy like myself i have to make the time to make it, and shift things to honor my appointment. I wish they would honor theirs. There was one therapist, that was let go due to drug usage. It's talked about by the therapists as a joke. This establishment is low key ghetto even though they try so very hard to be posh. I will never be doing business with them again. Force cancelled my membership.

They also made it seem like they were doing me a favor by canceling. Lol. What a joke. Amex legal will get involved to further look into this.

The amount of stress this "Spa" offers is the biggest oxymoron of life.

My aesthetician Maggui was great! She’s very knowledgeable on skin care. She truly enjoys what she does.

Always a great experience! From the courtesy of the front desk when I arrive, then the great massage from Julio, who always targets my neck pain, on point. I’m happy with this location and the entire personnel. All therapists have been great!

Heather is excellent! She gave me great advice on tools I can use at home to relieve my upper back pain. I always leave super relaxed and happy!

The staff that works with you is great, don’t expect much of the receptionists and they need to really improve in customer service and scheduling.

I had a massage last night with Tom. My experience was great because Tom demonstrated knowledge, experience and professionalism! It relaxed me which is what I much needed. He helped by providing some important tips in regards to dos and don’ts, such as: posture we should maintain while sitting at work, etc. Would definitely recommend him.

I was really impressed overall with the atmosphere and the service.my first time couldn’t go any better, Natalie explained each step of the process and the results are definitely worth coming back.
