Uoka gives the best massages. Every time I see her for a massage or stretch I leave feeling refreshed. The front desk associate Kania is always there and ready to answer my questions as well. I enjoy visiting this location.

I have been a member for years and never had any issue or complaint and have always been super impressed with the service and customer service. I recently had a customer service issue and received a message from Mia asking me to call and discuss. I tried to call back twice and left messages for both her and “Charlie” the manager. I then called a 3rd time expressing surprise that I hadn’t heard back from anyone nor Charlie the manager after two message being left. The staff member told me he is busy and he is here now and I will put you on hold and grab him. I waited on hold for 10 mins before I finally hung up and then never had a call back still. It would seem that “Charlie” seems to feel he is too important or above retuning calls. I will now take it to the corporate office and at least feel better that someone will hear about the issue and why I will cancel membership as soon as my last session is completed. Way to go Charlie. The business owner should know how awesome you are at turning happy customers into cancellations for the business.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. They are transparent and share the different types of services possible. Jamie is professional and listens to clients needs

Annabelle and Dawn are great. The front desk always give me a happy greeting at check in and makes it easy checking in and out.

Richard was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He gave a phenomenal massage and concentrated on the areas I expressed needed attention. First time client but will definitely go back to visit with him in the very near future!

My therapist on my last few visits has been Uoka. If your preference is a deeper massage then you’ve got to try her out! - I work out 5-6 times a week, teaching yoga & barre as well as my own personal training - and Uoka always manages to find the ‘not so sweet’ spots of underlying deep tissue knots that I didn’t even know were so tight. She’s very thorough and always asks me before my session if there’s any area in particular I’d like to focus on - I love that little attention and it puts me at ease that I’m in good hands.

I visited from out of state. Christopher was my massage therapist. He was awesome and I’ll definitely be back!

I had a 90 minute massage with Melissa yesterday. She gives an awesome massage! She is receptive to feedback and adjusts pressure to suit her clients. I felt great afterward and had a fantastic night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

Been going here for over 2 years. Everything is excellent. I have worked at Publix for 33 years and know about customer satisfaction. This place knocks it out of the park. I just had Krissy and she is exceptional! This is a must visit establishment, you make me feel brand new everytime, thankyou!

This is my second visit with Sherri at this ME facility. Sherri is Awesome! She’s not only Professional, she puts a personal touch to her clients. She makes sure that you’re comfortable and is a great conversationalist! I hate when my hour is up! After a visit with Sherri, you’ll be back!

Crystal (Allison) is excellent! Professional and very thorough. She recognizes points of tension by feel and I always leave feeling way better! She knows what she’s doing. Front desk staff are always friendly and professional as well.

Biggest Joke, I've been a member for (7) years. Post Covid place has turned into a very poorly managed business In My Opinion. I have closed my membership for good.
