The massage therapist Charles changed my life. I enjoyed the massage and I have a new neck and back. My stress levels are at 0. The location has highly trained professional staff from the initial point of contact. This location is one that will cause me to fly from Chicago to get a retake. Yes! The massage was a life changer. The therapist is incredible and experienced. The assessment skills to know that type of massage required is incredible.
This place this place wow…. I’m still in shock. On my last appointment I really had to make myself get out of bed upon arrival I called and they said ma’am you canceled your appointment yesterday. And then I said no and they said you gave your appointment to some Meaghan. I replied don’t know her. I need to see the manager ma’am don’t come inside there’s absolutely nothing I can do for you. We will call you. I’m still waiting for that call no manager no let me see what we can do both to get this situation solved. No we can’t see you and we can’t do anything for you wow. I will take this matter further be careful that they don’t do your membership like that, and just give to random ppl.
I had a great experience today for both a massage and a facial.
My massage therapist was Donny and he did an amazing job getting at my shoulders & neck which had really been bothering me. He even massaged my scalp because of my migraine. I left feeling like a new person!
Emma performed my facial and it was so relaxing and she used all the right products, no itching, sneezing or breakouts.
I had a deep tissue massage with Gi. This was my 1st appointment with her. I usually get a massage once or twice a week, although it's been difficult since I bought the membership because of low availability of masseuses and I've received 5 cancelation texts from Massage Envy from appointments with 5 different masseuses in the past 3 weeks. I asked Gi to give me a deep tissue massage as deep as she could (as I've been getting deep tissue massages for many many years) Gi massaged my calves and leg muscles in a way that instead of releasing tension and loosing up my muscles, here I am 2 days later with soreness and tightness as I've never experienced before after a massage.
I've never felt the urge to write a bad review. But I feel this experience needs to be written, so others may avoid a similar experience.
Hands down best massage ever with this company. Used to be apart of another location but glad I came here. The therapist took his time and understood my needs and always made sure I wasn’t in any pain whatsoever.
Emily is one of the best FDA’s I have ever encountered at Massage Envy, she does her job with a enthusiasm and drive that i have never seen in a front desk associate. As a former FDA i would say that she has gone above the call of duty to complete her job with quickness and finesse, but also personality. SHE IS THE BOMB.
The issue I have here is not with the staff or the quality of the massage. The problem is with the structure of the Corporations monthly payments system and the availability to schedule a massage.
Once you start the monthly payments begin it is very difficult to cancel and not lose the massages that are due to you. You have to use any and all massages due to you in a short time frame or they expire.
The massages are always great as long as you communicate your needs with your person. The only downside is that they are super booked so appointments need to be made far in advance or at another location.
I have been to several massage places in my past. Massage Envy is always consistent and has great therapists. Great value and always focused on customer experience and safety.
My wife and I went here for a couples massage last week and it was the best massage either of us have ever had! We will definitely be coming back.
I received a gift card for Christmas from my fiancé for a massage. Since I had time on my hands I got a facial as well. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed both. I had Amanda for my massage and Kayla (hope I’m spelling her name right) for my facial. Amanda really concentrated on the area that I have been having a lot of pain in as well as all other areas. Her hands are very powerful and she’s very excellent and skilled at what she does. She provided me with some exercises to do at home which will be very helpful with the type of work I do. Kayla was very helpful in explaining the process of the facial and what I need to do in order to get and keep my skin nice and healthy. These ladies are on top of their game and know their stuff! I’m extremely happy with my services today and will definitely be returning very soon. The office has a very positive and relaxing vibe and all the ladies at the front were awesome and very helpful as well. Thank you Massage Envy!
I went for my 12: 00 appointment in Clearwater today and showed up at 11: 55. I had received a certificate of transfer from a relative as a gift. After completing a lengthy medical questionnaire I was promptly told we had now cut into my 50 minute massage (which is advertised as a 60 minute massage). I was on the table at 12: 10 and she finished at 12: 50,40 minutes! The therapist was very good but ran out of time to get to my arms and hands. Then, I was told my certificate had expired on 12/25 which I did not see on the certificate. So the charge for a nonmember is $110! The girl at the front desk reactivated the certificate so I did not have to pay extra. The therapist recommended I come back in 4 weeks and I said not for $110 for 40 to 50 minutes. I then received the sales pitch to become a member which I declined. I used to be a member years ago. Now I go to my chiropractor’s office who employs therapists that do ‘cupping’, at $65 for a FULL 60 minutes. One time he went on for 80 minutes with no extra charge. That the the kind of establishment I like to do business with. I think you need to update your pricing to indicate you may only receive 40-50 minutes. Very disappointed.
If it were not for Jason, I would not be able to work or live pain free. I am an accountant and suffer from 30 years of computer work. Jason makes me able to live a quality life. He has been assisting me with expert massages for 12 years at this location. I am so thankful. I walk in broken and walk out relieved. At 62, I do not want to slow down. Jason will help me become old. I couldn't do this without him.
If i could give a zero I would, these women who work here are the rudest I have ever met in my entire life. Can't believe how I was treated. I hope you go out of business.
Jessica is amazing. She responds to the needs of my body. Perfect pressure. I also highly recommend a stretch with Violeta! Everyone in the office is fantastic!
