Jessie at Massage Envy Waterford Lakes was amazing! I went in wanting to relax and it was perfect! I came out feeling FANTASTIC! She listens to exactly what you want/need!

Vivian is always the best, she’s a booked up lady but very worth moving your schedule around for. The space is always clean and calm and she is so patient and understanding. My absolute favorite!

Shirley is absolutely amazing. She listens to one’s concerns then goes to work unraveling knot after knot. You may have to wait a month for an appointment because she’s simply the best.

Technician spoke poor English which made my requests to understand. I asked for a warm table and lower music but she didn’t understand me so those didn’t happen. Otherwise, it was a nice massage.

I enjoy coming here to relax. It's an older location but is upkept very well. The location is clean. There is always parking. The front staff is friendly and welcoming. I have also been getting facials with Cristina and she is really good!
