Massage Envy - Downtown Tampa

I've been a member at this location for 7 years. Highly recommend them. They have several great massage therapists, making it easy for me to schedule with a therapist that I like. They have been an exemplary company during covid- very accommodating with freezing, refunds, etc.

I called last Sunday to reschedule an appointment I had and they had told me another person by my same name had already canceled my appointment (not sure how true that was, seemed a bit far fetched). I rescheduled the appointment for the following Friday. The person I spoke with told me who my appointment was with, the time of my appointment and let me know I would get a text and email confirmation the day before. I never got any confirmation so I called today to confirm my appointment and they told me the appointment was never made. The manager was very rude and not very accommodating about the multiple mistakes made. Being a manager of a salon myself, I can say that the customer service at this specific Massage Envy is absolutely horrendous. I would take your business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I can’t speak about the massages because I was never actually able to receive one.

I absolutely love this location. Staff is always welcoming, and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

I suffer from sciatic pain, and when I left after my deep tissue massage, I felt such relief! Chandra, was so pleasant and listened to all my needs!

First of all, they never answer their phone. Also, the therapist I saw did not want to listen to my needs. I ended up having to schedule an extra 30 mins with a different therapist because the concern that I came in for was not addressed.

Lutz location is sooo much better than this one. Worth the extra drive.

Massages are great. I got stuck in a year contract. I want out as my schedule does not permit me to go as often as I pay for. Deceptive customer service. Watch what you sign!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Peaceful but hip atmosphere. Always have a good experience here, and my therapist works miracles.

I had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy. The staff was wonderful and massage therapist (Michele) was fantastic.

I choose to go to this location because they offer a great service at a great value. I have to therapist I work with both offering a really great massage. For a relaxing massage I can recommend Katie, and for a more focused massage that involves some stretching I can recommend Chandra. Great service and amazing attention to details here.

I've been to several Massage Envy locations around Tampa through the years and the downtown location is always my favorite. The staff is always professional and provide guests with exceptional customer service. I drive an extra 15 minutes to come here!
