Massage Envy - Lutz

Because of my skin color I was not treated well and the energy was very well off I just left today at 5: 45 the young lady at the desk was very much rude!

I have had the best experience over the course of the last year of massages. I tried out a couple therapists before locking down Melissa, who does such a wonderful job & pays attention to my needs. I never feel rushed and thoroughly appreciate her suggestions to help myself feel better! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Unfortunately, I just canceled my membership. My therapist was a no-show, and after hearing one of the front desk staff on the phone telling someone they’d be charging him because his therapist wouldn’t be able to get a new client due to his cancellation “day of, ” I was told they would rebook me for another day. And.no apology. What? !? What about clients’ time? You’ll charge someone for canceling too late.but it’s acceptable for a therapist to not even show up? When I told them I was going to cancel my membership but that maybe I’d have reconsidered if they seemed even a tad apologetic, what I got was, “Well, I’m sorry, but I don’t know where he is. ” WHAT? !? ! I was shocked. “You don’t even know if he’s here? ” Response = “Well, he’s not clocked in. ” Ummm, you didn’t think to mention that when I checked in? !? ! No attempt at guest recovery whatsoever. The two front desk staff accepted no responsibility. I realize it’s not their fault an employee didn’t show up, but they are the front line and should be trained properly on how to address a client who is standing in front of them.who came in for a MASSAGE (supposed to be relaxing) and is walking out without one. It was a completely blasé attitude.

It takes a few massages to find the perfect therapists according to your needs, but a couple therapists that work here are fantastic and I religiously schedule with them. Their membership plans are a bit more expensive than the others in the area but well worth it!

I called Massage Envy for an 8pm massage appointment, then i get a call back 20 mins later stating they had to cancel my appointment because the therapist had to leave so they wanted me to reschedule for another day. I know one thing is right, I'm never stepping foot in there that is poor customer service for my first time at this location.

myself to monthly massages for a while now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Becca is AMAZING! Honestly, all of the therapists that I have had have been amazing!

This location has always been customer friendly and focused. The only one issue I had was immediately taken care of by the manager within an hour. Excellent service and great experience.

I get a great monthly massage here from Katrina. Its attractive, clean and recently remodeled and now has facials and stretching sessions along with aromatherapy and other nice additions to the massages. I've been coming over 5 years.

It is a hit and mess with whether you get a decent therapist or not. Once you find a good one you have to stick with her or him. And watch your * carefully. They will start you 5 minutes late, and end 5 minutes early, and still charge you for that full hour or 30 minutes.

Johnny is an amazing therapist. You will not be disappointed.

However, I am very disappointed in the redesign of this location. Massage envy now requires their front desk workers to stand for 8 hours. I am a veteran, even the military only requires 4 hour standing duty. I realize big impersonal box stores require 8 hours standing (Wal-Mart, Groceries etc) but disappointing for a massage place.

Professional, clean (even the breakroom), very desirable location and clientele. Top notch establishment.

Diane did a great job! I've been rear ended twice so I have a lot of pain and tension, she worked out my knots and helped me relax. Great session, got a membership and can't wait to come back!

I've been there multiple times each one being a wonderful experience, I will recommend them to anyone.

Kevin, the manager, provided fantastic customer service and we have always enjoyed terrific massages each time.

I believe most of these reviews have been written by the masseurs themselves. This place is a rip off, and please beware when you sign a contract. The membership IS for the whole year and the front desk WILL mislead you into thinking that you can cancel at any time. The masseurs here are very average, and they always start a few minutes late and end a few minutes earlier than your scheduled time. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I'm surprised at the previous reviews. I think the front desk customer service is ok, and the therapists are great!

I tried Massage Envy, but at first thought it would be a generic version of the experience at my usual posh salon and spa. To my surprise it was even better! My masseuse Brian it absolutely THE BEST! Very professional, very experienced. I enjoyed my experience so much, I signed up for the monthly plan. I refer ALL of our wedding clients from my company, QuickCare Event Planners, to Massage Envy. Their gift cards make wonderful gifts.

I have over three dozen massages at this wonderfully cheerful and friendly facility. I can't say enough about the quality and compassion shown from their staff.which are extremely professional.

My husband and I have memberships and have tried many different therapists. He recommends Beth if you like a deep tissue and someone who can work out your knots. If you prefer relaxation, Frank is wonderful. He's does a great job. Stephanie is the absolute best at a very relaxing massage. I have been to expensive spas and she's the type of therapist you get at a high end spa. I'm sticking with her. But, there is a therapist there for whatever you're looking for. The staff is very nice as well.

Waited 10 minutes for get into a room and therapist told me that those minutes actually are docked from the one hour massage. So with clothe change time, it was 45 minutes for a booked and paid for one hour massage. Same thing at the Wesley Chapel place also. My suggestion? Make it clear that once you enter the front door that there be someone waiting right away. Otherwise you will not get the hour. Thats how they roll and saw it with other customers
