The weekend is a day to relax. We went here as a couple. Being hesitant with massage Spa I totally changed my mind after visiting here. We had a foot and back massage. All pain (broken leg) disappeared. The skilled and certified masseuses take care of hygiene very well. We will be back. Recommendable!

Yo this place a little sleazy and shady looking, came to appointment on time the lady tell me I don’t have one and try to charge me again, then I was told to wait 15 minutes. They demand tips so I had to pay 30 extra, then the lady started arguing on the phone cause I guess on of the people missed my appointment so she had to do it. They using some cheap cvs moisturizer and queen helen lotion. The massage lady answered and started talking on the phone during the massage and didn’t even put her phone on do not disturb, it kept buzzing non-stop. That place was really shady looking. Thought I was about to get snatched like that girl from Taken the whole time I was there. Very unprofessional and sloppy place, wouldn’t recommend.

I was skeptical at first because it didn’t have the beauty and frills that a typical massage place has. They didn’t ask me to fill out any forms or ask me anything about my medical history. But it was the most fantastic massage I’ve ever had.

Super relaxing? ‍️good costumer service. I did 75 minutes, it’s the best option to get the most out of relaxing all your muscles. Will come back

Very bad bad service, can you believe that there is a lady who does a massage session and answers the phone calls during the massage session. In addition to going to the reception to respond to clients who walk in, and when I asked here are you going to do this during my session, she answered me YES if you don't like you can leave.what a bad service this. I will not come back anymore.

I’m not a person that usually cares for or appreciates massages. However, after seeing my chiropractor before a scheduled mri for pain between my shoulder blade and spine, he diagnosed my issues as rhomboid trigger point. Never heard of this before. Nonetheless, he adjusted my back and massages the area that was causing me pain and nerve issues to my right armpit and tricep area. I felt about 60-75% better over the next 2 days. He said I could benefit from a massage. I came to Massage U. They did a great job! I think they resolved my issue completely. Only time will tell. But I feel much better than when I came.
My only complaint is there is some language barrier. Otherwise, their service was no less than 4.5!

Therapist, she was very rude. Massage started 30 minutes after appointment time. I gave her $10 cash tip for 45 min.massage and she harass me for more money. She also asked for my credit car for more. She want $25 tip. I was in stress after my massage. Not coming back.

Loved it best massage ever, it was a very pleasure experience will be back soon, the price it's great for what they do and the place it's supper nice

I booked Deep Tissue+Walk back through Class-pass, show up on time and the receptionist told me they don’t accept Class-pass customers even if I have confirmation email for my booking. I wasted my time, gas money, 32$ for booking through classpass and 20$ for cancellation even if it wasn’t my fault. The receptionist was rude she didn’t even care to listen what I was saying she just walk away I tried to contact the owner asked her why her business is in Classpass if they don’t offer the service to class-pass customers and she said sorry and hang up on me.

I will never go to this place again! Again they over charge me on purpose because they try to get you to buy higher cost massage. I demanded a credit and they started talking in their language and created a mess on my account and they didn't give my credit back on acct! AND Ofcourse MAssage was terrible! I WENT THERE TO RELIEVE STRESS AND LEFT WORSE! THE OWNER IS NASTY AND SCREAMS! I gave tip in cash and they charged my credit card and added more tip for themselves! THEIFS! CHARGEBACK

Very bad service. Massage actually made me feel worse. Therapist was very rude and started after 30 mins she started asking for tip even though i paid for full hour.donot waste your time and money here.

A lady named Lisa her customer service was horrible I'm off and on regular. Lisa was so greedy I was giving her $5 tip ahead of time and Lisa was not humble she was all about greed for more tips instead of working her customer service. Moving forward while she doing my massage she stop twice on me middle of my foot massage my experience was horrible. Lisa was all by her money instead of good service.

Worst foot massage i have ever gotten! 1st of all, a lady greeted us when we came in and we told we wanted a 30 min foot reflexology massage, she then proceeds to tell us that an hour's massage is inly $10 more. We told her we are pressed for time and cannot do an hour; boy you should have seen the look on her face. I get the lady and my husband gets a gentleman named John. My massage was more like a foot caress. She did not hit any of the points whastoever. My husband's massage on the other hand was great! Someone entered the shop and my masseuse had to greet them so john finished me off, and let me tell you! The last 2 minutes were the best part of the massage. As we exited, the lady was blocking the door and asked us to pay tip before we leave! Unbelievable!
