Woke up this morning Friday morning, no hot water. Looked on Google search at 6: 45 and saw according to the website that Massey Plumbing was open. So I called, answered on the first ring. Explained my situation, he quickly gave me a quote after I gave him the size of my water heater and description about it. Water heater got shipped to my house around lunch.expert plumber showed up at 2 o’clock. Insulation was done by four. Everything went smoothly. This is the second job done for me, about a year and a half ago they installed my water softener which I have had zero problems with since.

Needed my water heater replaced. From the time I called to the end of installation such a great experience. I ask a lot of questions and everyone has been so kind to answer them all. These guys are no BS. They don’t sell you more than you need and will give you options. The installers were here in time and were so kind and helpful. Cleaned up after themselves. Left no trace of them ever being here with the exception of the new hog water heater. Couldn’t have been an easier installation experience!

Massey Plumbing is fantastic! I have had them 4 times for different issues. Each time I was extremely happy with their service and knowledge. Charlie and Lee are here right now replacing all my water lines and a new water heater. They arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time. I told them after a short conversation I would be writing a review saying, “don’t give them coffee, they’ll never leave! ” And Lee was moving so fast he was bouncing off the wall and Charlie was napping on my couch! Of course, none of that is true. You had to be here to understand where that came from. Lee has been here twice and this is the third time for Charlie. Love these guys and Mike

We called Massey Plumbing to do some plumbing in our old house. We needed a hot water heater, shower fixture installed, bathroom sink fixture and tub fixtures installed. Nothing we thought would be so difficult. He was 45 minutes late and it took the plumber 5 hours and $715 to
put in a sink faucet and put the wrong fixtures in a shower that he didn’t finish. When he returned and I showed him the shower fixture he should have put in, he was going to charge me again for exchanging them out. (Which if he was not late he would have been told the correct shower fixture to use,) He didn’t measure the space for the hot water heater so he got one too big. I would not recommend this company because the plumbers do not know how to use common sense and they take their time doing simple work so they can charge by the hour. The owner did not apologize for the plumber being late, putting in the wrong shower fixture, taking too long to do a simple job and not measuring for the space for hot water heater. I recommend no one use this company, the only person that was accommodating was the nice lady that answered the phone. I feel sorry for her that she has to work with jerks!

I was referred to Massey through a WC community Facebook group. We had a sink and shower leak in our newly purchased home. Both Shawn and Lee were incredibly personable and knowledgeable. The sink is leak free and works great. Shawn was genuine and honest with his recommendations regarding the issue with our shower that had some unexpected complications. He gave us 2 options to consider and explained the pros and cons of each. I appreciated his candidness and professionalism. Definitely would recommend Massey to others and will use their services again in the future.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Massey Plumbing. I requested recommendations from the Wesley Chapel Network and Mike Massey reached out to me on my request for an outside faucet replacement. Within 24 hours, I I have had Lee Abel, calling and letting me know that he was on the way. Once we spoke, I knew that he was going to be a great asset in fixing my issues and I was correct! The removal of the old faucet wasn't smooth but Lee handled it like the professional that he was. He knew exactly what to do and allowed me to clean up the work debris, so that I wasn't billed on the clock. I'll be using both Lee Abel and Massey Plumbing on any future projects and recommend to anyone. Thanks to Mike Massey for his exceptional service

Garbage disposal stopped working after I unplug and plug back in. I reset it, but still didn't work.
Guy from Massey Plumbing came in and stayed less than 5 min and told me the garbage disposal need to be replaced.
He said he re-set it, but still doesn't work and there is nothing he can do.
I told him "I already did reset and is that all you have got? "
He stormed out and saying 'what am I suppose to do then?
Does he askinig me what he suppose to do?
I hired company, because I assume they know better than me.
He made a phone call and came back in a few minute.
He said there was a stone in the disposal. He removed that stone and I got charged $139.
Garbage disposal is fixed, but I feel I got ripped off.
Total time he spent here not including phone call was less than 10 minute.
I do know a lot of companies would just chare diagnostic fee, which is less than $100 for something like this.
Very unprofessional, rude and not knowledgable.

After I read owner's response. I figured this company is not even worth of my time.
The technician didn't even bother to look what's going on. He just reset the garbage disposal and told me this need to be replaced.
And you are now judging customer who has less expensive garbage disposal?
I guess the company train thier emplyee to upsell if customers have cheap brands.

I had an emergency water heater problem. Water was leaking everywhere. Massey is the only plumbing service within 30 miles of me that would come to my house the day I called. Technician Hawn was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The price was fair and competitive.

Massey Plumbing was amazing from start to finish. We called yesterday and they were here this morning to change out our hot water heater. The gentleman who came was very professional
And courteous. We would rec come to Massey to everyone we know. We have used them for years!

I had a backed up sewer. Massey Plumbing charged me $135 for a service call to tell me that he couldn’t do anything and that I needed to call a septic service to empty the tank. Then the septic service came out and cleared the clean out and said the tank did not need emptied. They did the same thing Charles at Massey should have done!

Since the review above, they came out to review the situation and said that even if they did clear the clean out, the filter needed cleaned and that they will be issuing a $50 credit.

I am changing this review from a 1 to a 3 because I think they should have asked if it was a septic system when I originally called, and at that point they should have directed me to a septic service or explain that there was a high probability that they could not solve the problem and I would be paying for the trip charge. Or they need to be able to clean out the filter on the septic system, since I now know it is fairly easy to do.

I contacted Massey Plumbing Inc to have a plumber come out to look at my water heater but called today to cancel the appointment. Mike Massey was extremely rude saying they had already ordered and received a new tank for me even though they hadn't even been out to assess the issue. Then he told me to never contact them again and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional.

In response to your reply below, we did not discuss replacing my water heater over the phone. You said someone would be out the following day between 2pm and 4pm to look at it. We did not discuss replacing the water heater nor did you give me any pricing details when we spoke. I would not have agreed to a full replacement without it being looked at. The leak could have been caused by a number of issues that would not require the tank to be replaced. I can see that regardless of what was wrong you would have automatically said it needed to be replaced which is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and shows a lack of integrity.

Lee and his team did a great job replacing our water heater and repiping our entire house. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you all!
